From the east the sun rises
To the west it sleeps
Thanks to the stars that guides my path
To the sky so wide, cruel yet forgiving.
As I sit and watch as life goes on
I ponder what life really is?
I'd laugh loudly and smile to myself
For I knew the answer in my heart.
Life itself is a game all along
Quest unfinished, try it again
Traps unleashed, a friend by your side
Life is a joy not meant to be a curse.
Just like the tides go high and low
Like the dice roll even and odd
The mountainous path go up and down
Life is unpredictable, a toss game indeed.
Too many doors scattered your path
Which is right, trap or false
A door widely opens it's arms to you
Why hesitate? To scared to be lost
To the sea of possibilities waves strung high.
There's so much more out there in life
Waiting to be known, pondered and treasured
As I close my eyes in deep slumber
Pausing my thoughts and freezing time.
Life is a game one is to play
To continue, restart, pause and forward
Life is yours to take, live it fully
The desicion is yours to make
After all life can be a choice game isn't it?.
