HOW TO SUBMIT:
1. Copy the contract and form from the linked doc.
2. Paste the contract and form onto a new document (either google docs or Microsoft words or apple -- whatever.)
3. Fill out the form on your new doc (answer after the '+' signs) and sign your name in the contract. 4. Email the form to @inspirate8888@gmail.com or link the google doc to Zareen, on kik, @zar.rie
5. Please fill all the the spaces and write detailed answers :)
