hi is all it takes

Lilly stumbles up the stairs with her suit case and​ a box. She accidentally dropped her phone on the way up. She placed the box down and as she went to grab the phone another hand grabbed it to.

"Sorry. I saw you drop your phone. I thought you might need some help with that box?" He said with a strong masculine voice.
Lilly brushes her hair behind her ear before she could began to speak. "That would be great thanks" lilly replies nervously.

He picks up the box and takes it inside. The pricaple is waiting to greet her. She meets lilly with a smile and a hand shake. She called Chloe back over from the water fountain to take her to her room, but as she looks over her shoulder he was gone.

Chloe picked the box up and took lilly to her room.

Later that night, after lilly unpacked,  she layed thinking. Then there was a knock at the door. She looks at her clock that reads 1:37 AM. She wonders who that could be.

She cautionsly walks towards the door. Opens it to find ... Him. "God, you scared me!" Lilly breathed out with relief. "I thought you were a murderer or something!"
"Well this is a school for phycopaths!" He replies calmly. "Well I came to drop off this." He grabs her hand and places a beautiful diamond knecklace.
"But this isn't mine!" Lilly said confused.
"I know but it is now, it's a present from me." He said staring into her eyes.

"do you mind If I put it on you ?"
He takes the knecklace before she could answer. Places her hair to one side of her face and hooks it on. "There you look ... Beautiful" lilly turned to face him while she looked down blushing. "By the way what was your name?" She said still looking at the floor. She heard no reply. She looked up to find he was gone again.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. Lilly woke up suddenly from the nightmare she just had. Lilly thought to herself this isn't real, this isn't real. Her nightmare was real! It had happend. But it was years ago......

"Jason was the hottest guy! And she got invite to his party with some other friends. They never really spoke much until today. Jason took lilly to his house and did some shots. Then he placed her on the sofa while kissing her. Then the shadows arrived she tried to warn Jason but he didn't listen. The shadows set the house on fire! Lilly got out in time but Jason didn't. Now that day haunts her."

Lilly got up fixed her hair and changed clothes. She opened the door and bumped into him. "Do you want to walk to class with me ?"
"Yeah sure."
As we walked down the hall he shows me an angel statue and explains that it represents the fallen. All of a sudden lilly sees the shadows again and they push the statue. He pushes lilly out the way. "Oh my god. Thank you" he looks at me to see if I'm hurt. He runs his hand down my face before taking my hand to help me up. He wraps his arms around me. "I will not let anything hurt you and that's a promise." I sink my head into his chest as i take in the moment.
