The medic said I was fine and could go home. I was still hungry and we had no food in the house.
Jared put me in Shannon's car. J" I'm gonna get take away for dinner. What do you feel like?" Me" Suprise me" J" Ok". He kissed me on the forehead then walked to his car. I yelled out at him. Me" Veggie burger". He looked back at me and smiled. J" Suprise you ha".
Shannon hopped in the car and drove us home. He didn't speak one word the whole way home. He helped me out of the car and held my hand as we walked to the door.
As soon as we got inside he hugged me so tight I couldn't breath. Me" Shannon I can't breath". He loosened his grip slightly then began to cry into my neck. Me" It's ok baby, were ok" S" I don't know what I would of done if they took you from me. I used every bit of strength I had to not kill him. No one points a gun at you, no one".
I sat him in his chair and sat on his lap. We held each other with one of my arm's wrapped around his neck, and the other on his chest on his heart. He had one around my waist and the other on my belly. Our foreheads touching, and we sat in silence.
J" I'm home". Shannon and I looked up at him, Jared could see Shannon's red eye's. J" I'll go get some plates. Coffee?" S" Yeah, I'll get it" J" No, you two stay, rest". Me" Thanks you my quarter heart" J" Quarter you mean half" Me" Not since the two munchkins" J" Oh yeah".
After we eat our dinner it was getting late. J" Well I need to get back to work, will you two be ok" Me" Yeah". He walked away and I could sense something was wrong. Me" I can't sleep yet, how about we watch a movie" S" Sounds good, what would you like" Me" You pick, I'll be back".
I walked into Jared's office and he was crying. I held him from behind. Me" I'm sorry, I forgot that you would be hurting too". He turned around holding me close. J" No, don't apologies. I'm just so happy your ok. Me" I can stay with you for a bit" J" Shannon needs you right now. You know how protective he is and for this to happen, and him not being able to fix it straight away. He needs you tonight, I always have tomorrow. As long as your in this house your safe". I kissed him like it was our last then went back to Shannon.
S" Everything ok? Is Jared ok?" Me" All good. Know what are we watching" S" You just have to wait and see" Me" I love you" S" I love you too. Are you staying in Jared's room tonight. I mean I have you all of now and I'm sure Jared needs you too" Me" I'm all your's tonight". He smiled at me then kissed me.
S" I need to be closer to you". He layed me on the couch, slowly moving his hand up my thigh as he kissed my neck. Me" Make love to me". I whispered in his ear. He looked deep into my eye's then made love to me.
He started the movie and we layed in each other's arm's, till we fell asleep.
