One year had past. It had been a busy year. The guy's had an album to make and the media had a field day with both negative and positive press.
Constance took the kids to the park for a couple of hours for a little play whilst everyone else helped us decorate the house. We wanted it to be the best first birthday ever. There was red and green streamers and baloons. Vi loved red like her daddy and Jack green.
We had a couple of large blow up dinosaurs and trees around the pool. Jack's friends also dressed up in dinosaur costumes. The grass area had climbing equipment that they would use as rock's and blue blankets for water, for when they were in there costumes.
Vi loved to be behind the camera, wonder who she takes after. We had a dress up area with someone in charge of taking photos, like a photo shoot. They had all kinds of dresses to look like a princess.
The kids had a blast and so did the adults. It was the perfect day. Near the end we brought out the cakes. Jack had a volcano cake with little dinosaurs around the bottom. Vi had a barbie princess cake, with a red dress.
After a long day everyone had finally left. The one's that helped us set up also helped pack up too.
Jared put his little princess to bed after we took off all the makeup and put her in pj's. Shannon let Jack stay in him dinosaur costume. It was a onsie, so it was like pj's.
I collapsed on the couch and put my feet up on the table. I felt someone sit either side of me and new it was Jared and Shannon. They both grabbed my feet and removed a shoe each, them removed there own.
We decided to go to bed, in the same bed. There we slept together in each other's arms after sleepily telling each other about the pefect day we had.
We never had a bad day again.
