Prince Sherlock Holmes

"Dear, I know you do not want to but you must marry someone to rule the kingdom" Mother explained to me for the tenth time

This conversation has taken place for a week now. Always the same speech and I always give the same answer. My mother looked like a vengeful goddess when she wanted, she wore the crown high. She was beautiful, her skin pale like a pearl, her eyes green like emeralds, her hair falls in a cascade of dark brown curls and lovely pink lips. I was just like Mother and Mycroft just like Father.

"I do not want to rule nor be king, mother" I said tired of having the same tedious conversation

"William! You must be king for the sake of the kingdom" My mother stated

"Mycroft can take care of the kingdom" I argued

"Indeed but Mycroft can't rule two kingdoms at the same time. You know he is engaged with Princess Anthea the future heir of her Kingdom but she needs someone to rule by her side, she is the only daughter and heir, so Mycroft and Anthea will rule together Princess Anthea's Kingdom and half of our kingdom. Ergo, you, William Sherlock Scott Holmes will rule here, even though you do not wish to" mother pointed out and sent me a glare that said that this was the end of the conversation

I sighed and straightened up before retiring to my chambers, making a bow in front of my mother before leaving her chambers.

The whole issue would be unnecessary if only we hadn't conquered Rinhald now the second Holmes Kingdom. That territory used to be a no one's land but then war was declared by the barbarians.

The war took place in the Rinhald land, we won after a whole year and I had led the victory. We won the territory so now we had two territories Rinhald and the original Holmes Kingdom. The Holmes Kingdom was smaller than Rinhald and the Holmes Kingdom were right next to Princess Anthea's Kingdom that is the reason why mother wanted Mycroft to marry Princess Anthea.

My mother wanted as much as my father for me to find a suitable wife. My mother already gave me two options: Irene Adler from the Adler kingdom or Molly Hooper a noble girl from the Hooper house.

I arrived at my chambers and swung open the door and closing it behind me with force. My manservant Philip Anderson was there already preparing me my hot water bath.

I rolled my eyes, Anderson was the worst manservant in the whole planet, he was a dumbass and he had no brain at all.

"Anderson, I need you to stop thinking!" I shouted as I tried to concentrate

I let myself fall on my chair in front of my oak desk and began to think about anything to distract myself from the wedding my parents wanted so much. I thought about possible new experiments, even go into the woods to collect some herbs for my potions...

A sudden knock interrupted my thoughts but before I could make a move. Anderson was already by the door and was opening it. Anderson you... idiot! He opened the door and let enter an annoying gross persone, known as my brother

"Go away Mycroft!" I shouted, "Anderson do not open the damn door if I do not tell you to!" I said and then took the goblet next to me and threw it to Anderson's head

Pang!

Bingo! I chuckled as Anderson fell to the ground but minutes later I came to the conclusion that Anderson here fainted. Well... Anderson could not lose more neurones

"Brother! Stop throwing things at your manservant" Mycroft reprimanded

"He can take it! His head is hard as a rock" I smirked at my comment and then gave Mycroft a challenging gaze.
