And Spring (introduced in this chapter) has blonde hair, she's tall, she's tan, and she has blue eyes, but they dont really stand out like Sammy's.

SAMMY'S POV
*Next day*
I woke up to the noises I'm used to hearing "WAKE UPPPP" Ricky and Connor yelled as they ran around the house. "Ughhh" I groaned and got out of bed. I decided to wear something comfortable yet cute, besides I'm going to be home most or all of the day today. I walked to my closet, then to my shower. I walked downstairs and as I entered the kitchen
*DING DONG*
The stupid doorbell rang..."I'll get it" I announced as I ran to the door. I opened it and "HI!!!!!" Spring, only my bestest friend to ever live on this earth yelled to me once I opened it. "OH EM GEE!!!! I haven't seen you in foreverrr!!!!!!" I yelled. You see she moved out of my neighborhood, she still lives in LA just kind of far away. "I KNOW RIGHT!!! I've been missing me some Sammy...The only time I see you is when I watch you on X-Factor and you better win!!! You should sing our favorite song for the next performance!!!" She said and I smiled "Awee you watch mee!! And trust me I'm trying! They're eliminating two more people though Spring, which leaves only one winner...and I think Beer in the headlughts would be great!" I exclaimed...Yes Beer in the headlights by Luke Bryan is our favorite song. "Okayyy wanna practice? I'll help you!" She exclaimed and I agreed and we ran upstairs.

"Was that okay? And the guitar playing too." I asked concerned. "Sammy you have nothing to worry about...That was AMAZING!" Spring said. "Well maybe to you. You're not Simon Cowell." I said "So what? If you don't win, which will not happen because you're too good. But if you don't then at least you know that you were on the show and you made it to the top three...Hey maybe somene will sign you!" She exclaimed. "Oh Spring you have such a great imagination." I said lauhing. "Oh no I'm serious." She said with the straightest face I've ever seen in my whole life. "Okay well let's practice again" I said and Spring started to play the guitar for me as I sang...Yes Spring plays guitar too.

I finished singing the song for like the tenth time and then we were hungry. "Let's go get some food." I said to Spring and she agreed. We walked downstairs and into the kitchen. "Hey want some mac and cheese?" Connor asked as he stood making it. "Sure" we nodded our heads and sat down.

We sat at the little island eating or mac and cheese and then Connor spoke "So do you know what song you are going to sing?" "Yes Beer In the Headlights By Luke Bryan." I said and smiled "Oh...I don't do country" He replied "Silly Connor I know that but you will deal with itttt" I said as I put my bowl in the sink with Spring following. "Well thanks for the lunch Con, I'm gonna go practice and hangout with Spring...Maybe go penny boarding." I said and we ran off. "I'm sick of singing...Let's do somethinggggg" I complained "Wanna go to the mall on our penny boards?" Spring asked. "Sure...Let's goo!" I said and we ran downstairs "I'LL BE AT THE MALL" I yelled as i walked out with Spring. Spring and I grabbed our matching tie dye penny boards, the only difference was my wheels are blue glow in the dark and hers are green. We rode off and as we were riding I asked "So how's the new school and neighborhood?" "Not so fun...I miss it here SO much. I miss my house, I miss my friends, I miss my dog, I miss my room, I miss my old boards, I miss you, I miss everything." Spring said in a sad tone. "I'm sorry Spring...Hey atleast you'll make new friends, you'll have a new house, a new room, new boards, and new everything." I said trying to look on the bright side of things. "Yeah i guess but I'm still gonna miss the most important part of my life...you" She said as a tear dripped down her face. "I'm sorry Spring. I wish I could live with you" I joked "Me too" she agreed and we were finally at the mall.

"How's this?" I asked as I spun around in the cutest outfit. It was a black flared skater skirt with a toy story long sleeve that read 'You've got a friend in me' "GET IT!" Spring exclaimed. We walked up to the counter, paid, and walked out of fresh tops (A/N: It's an online store but pretend it's real) "How about zumiez? I need some new vans." I said and we agreed and walked over to zumiez. I grabbed a pair of plain blak vans and paid for them. Then we decided to leave because it was getting kind of late.
*2 weeks later*
I watched as Evilisse (it's pronounced Ev-el-ees) performed 'Rainy Season' By Hunter Hayes. I was up next...She was done and the judges graded her. "Next!" Christina Aguilera, who was a guest judge yelled. I walked out on stage with my guitar and I sat on the stool. "And you are?" She continued. "Samantha." I said. "And what will you be singing?" Demi asked. "Beer in the headlights by Luke Bryan." I replied. "Alright whenever you're ready." Simon said and I began to play.

I finished singing and playing and crowd clapped like crazy. "Wow that was...Amazing" Christina said as she smiled. "We will call you back out once the last person performs" Simon said and did something I didn't know he could do...smiled.

The crowd applauded as Paxton finished singing his song...Now they're going to call us out and announce who won...I'm shaking half to death I'm so nervous! "Okay we need Evilisse and Samantha out on stage." We walked out and everyone clapped even more. "Okay...The results are in" Demi said smiling. "And the winner is................................
