KEASIA'S POV
As i walked into the house my dad was sitting infront of the door i guess he was waiting for me.
"So your here on time" he said while looking at the time.
"Yes dad i told you i would" i said laughing a little
"What did you two do"
"Nothing we just watched movies"
"And?"
"We just Watched movies dad nothing else" i said laughing at how over protective he is.
"Better have been all" he said while getting up.
I headed up stairs and flopped on my bed i was so tired but so surprised. Me and my bestfriend ? I never seen this coming, how long have i been feeling this way? Him feeling this way? My thoughts got interrupted when my phone vibrated.
Bestfriend(derrick) : hey
Me : hey
Bestfriend: What was that earlier
Me: I dont know
Bestfriend: I liked it :/
Me: This cant happen derrick were bestfriends....
Bestfriend: That makes it even better
Me: NO DERRICK I CANT
Derrick: ok keasia
Me: :/ goodnight ex bestfriend
Derrick: What ? What are you saying ?
Me: We cant have nothing between us and i dont want a relationship with you. Goodnight.
Derrick: Goodnight Keasia :(
That was the end of the text. I know i know crazy to just end a best-friendship like that i know. But im scared the guy i use to love in the past did me so wrong. But by him being my bestfriend were so close i know thats good but what happens if it ends on a bad note then i lost a relationship and possibly could loose my bestfriend to. Maybe one day i'll come to my senses but today it just cant happen at all i dont want to risk loosing my bestfriend.
**Morning**
{Beep Beep Beep}
I grab my phone to turn off my alarm clock. I glance at the upper right of my phone 5 missed calls and 4 text messages.
*Text Messages*
Derrick : GoodMorning Keasia please lets talk about this
Derrick : Im Sorry. Please lets just forget about the kiss.
Dad : Me and your step mom had to go out this morning your breakfast is in the microwave and your lunch money is on the counter. Love you and have a nice day.
Derrick : please call me
I put my phone down and laid my head in my pillow. I let out a long sigh and got up. I went to the bathroom and took care of my hygiene. As i got out the shower i ran to my bedroom i forgot my towel and don't want to walk naked my dad could come in and see that would be embarrassing. I put on my red and white Hollister outfit with my red black and white Jordans and put my long wet curly hair in a messy bun. I grabbed my book bag and headed out the door. I skipped breakfast i wasn't hungry at all i had so much on my mind.
While walking to the bus stop i see derrick ' oh what does he want' i said to myself. As i walked closer i can see that he saw me he started to walk my way.
"Keasia please talk to me" he said while trying to grab my hand. I yanked back and put my headphones in and just turned my back to look away. He pulled one of my plugs out, " i didnt mean for all of this to happen keasia i..."
"Derrick please leave me alone please leave this whole situation alone ok forget about it. We're Bestfriends ok. But we cant hug or stand close." He just smiled at me and looked down at his phone. My phone vibrated, of course a text from him.
Derrick : I'll just text hug you then.
I smiled at the text, my bestfriend is something else.
As we walked in the school i seen chris. I had to go talk to him about our homework we were suppose to do.
"Chris please tell me you did your half" i said but he wasnt listening. I hate this guy.
