Major and Chief walked in carrying a body bag.
"Warning, they're both still frozen. Ryan's in the hearse still." Major said. I got up and nodded to Chief to get Ryan after they laid my dad on a table.
"I guess someone's gotta make an obligatory popsicle joke, right? No? When'd it get so highbrow in here?"
"Hey, this isn't for my benefit right?" Major asked, gesturing at his face. "I still know you're not a zombie."
"But it's only a matter of time, isn't it? Might as well get comfortable with it." I said unzipping my dad's body bag.
"Oh, they're so cute when they're sleeping." I joked. "Aye, Chief. Easy with her." I said before he laid Ryan on a similar table. He nodded.

Soon Ryan was thawed and safe in my arms again. I had a fake beard and added wrinkles for the coming show. My dad never liked her. Probably because she made me happy and stood up to everyone.

RYAN'S POV•

"I like the beard. It's cute." I grinned, pecking Blaine's nose. Blaine had explained his plan and now we were waiting.

Soon it was time. I had a grey wig and wrinkles and stayed at Blaine's side.
"Daddy!" Blaine sounded so happy. I knew it was fake. That man would spit on his father's grave if given the chance. "You've come back to us. After 50 years of praying, here you are."
"You missed it all." Wonder laced my voice.
"The zombie apocalypse, the rapture," Blaine started.
"The ginger rapture, the great floods of '28 and '44!" I continued.
"Blaine, is that you?" His father croaked.
"Quick! We have to get you out of here before Dr. Zaius catches us." Blaine said. "You see, winter is coming." He finished, grabbing my hand and walking away. His dad writhed.
"Son! Please. Help me."
Blaine turned. This was his time. I was going to let him have it.
"Please help me." Blaine started. His tone was soft. "Where have I heard that before?" He snapped. "I know. I said it."
"Daddy, please help me," his tone was venomous like a snake but with the beauty of the sky, "Frau Bader beat me. Please help me, Frau Bader made me clean the kitchen floor with my tongue. Frau Bader locked me in a dog crate all day. You gave that woman $100 million." He hissed, getting closer and closer.
"I see." His father chuckled. "How long have I been out? A few days? If Frieda's getting all my money, that means people think I'm dead and that I- forgive my inability to make air quotes-, died mysteriously. And now your feelings are hurt because I had the temerity to include a provision in my will that has further evidence of the remarkable foresight on which my company was built!"
"You know, someone should teach you how to humblebrag. People might hate you less. And for what it's worth, I didn't "kill you." Blaine said. "I just negotiated for your body. For this. This moment. For the joy it gives me. Are you ready for your close up, Poppy Dearest? You're about to make a new video will."
"No son I am not. Because I know you. You don't have the stomach to do what's necessary. I guess we'll never know. You see, I'm gonna go upstairs, have a sandwich and leave you with a couple of friends! You might remember Chief. You had him shot in the face. Oh and Candy. You tortured her. Cut off all her fingers. Have fun guys. Oh, and avoid the face. Wanna keep him camera ready." Blaine grinned, jogging upstairs. I looked up at him but walked over to his dad.
"How swell to see you, Angus. You might remember me as a little girl with brown hair and two very happy parents. You had us kicked out of our house when I was 7. We had no where to go. We lived out of a car until I was 10. 3 years, I was homeless. I hope you rot in hell you bastard." I spat before patting Chief's back and walking upstairs.
Blaine was waiting. "I had no clue."
"Me neither." I sighed, straightening his suit jacket.
"I would've told you, but I didn't think it mattered." He shrugged.
"I think what that hag did was terrible. But I'm going to stay, regardless. Yeah, you had a terrible childhood. That's not your fault. I'd love to shove a pair of 6 inch Gucci heels up your dad's ass but, ya know." I sighed hands still resting gently on his chest. He leaned down and pecked my lips chuckling.
"You always know how to make a guy smile. I'm so glad to have you back. After I figured out what happened I felt terrible." He sighed, pulling me against him and resting his head on mine, swaying us gently.

"What could be more perfect? I mean I know a couple things but those aren't really available right now."
"Well, as far as I know, it's happening, and even if you want go the safe route, we can get some wine and a big blanket, and lay on the couch and watch Netflix." He offered.
"Really?" I grinned, stepping away and looking at him.
"Of course." He grinned. I couldn't help but jolt right into his arms. I loved being treated and he knew that.
"Well, let me tell everyone we're leaving." He smiled.
"I'm gonna come with. I wanna say bye to Chief and Don E. They're good guys, you know? And Chief is a big sweetheart." I grinned. Blaine rolled his eyes.
I hopped down the stairs behind Blaine happily.
"Even after being frozen you're still the happiest person in this place." Don E grinned, going to hug me.
"Damn straight I am. Who else would put the fun in funeral?" I joked, hugging Don E before walking to Chief.
"I'll see you tomorrow Chief. Don't let anyone get you down." I smiled, giving him a hug.
I ran up the stairs after Blaine smiling. "Bye guys!" I called.

"I'm just saying, I can't help that I'm a kid at heart.   Someone's gotta put joy in people's lives." I shrugged. Blaine was teasing me about picking Lilo and Stitch to watch. We were home and in his bed, with Horror on his lap.
I glanced over at Blaine before taking the remote and turning off the TV before pulling up Pandora on my phone and turning it up all the way.
I started dancing to whatever was on and Horror jumped up, prancing around my feet. It wasn't an odd occurrence for me to get up and dance if I was happy or drinking, or anything really.
"So, you like music?" Blaine chuckled. I knew he did, but nothing I liked really, or not that I knew of.
"I grew up in the golden age of grunge, emo, and pop punk. Of course I do."
"Favorite artist?"
"Guns 'n roses, Nirvana, Marina's trench, escape the fate, falling in reverse. Too many to count." I grinned.
"Nirvana?" Blaine questioned.
"Nirvana." I grinned. "Maybe 'Nirvana' can be our always."
Blaine rolled his eyes.
"Kiss me already, damnit." I grinned. Blaine stood up and walked over to me, hands resting perfectly between my hips and ribcage.
"I've missed you." He whispered before pulling my body against his and pressing his lips to mine.
