Before I start writing, I have to say that right now I am at the animal hospital for my kitty. He broke is paw... So sorry if this chapter is kinda crappy and cliché :(

"So, you wanna come?"
"Uh, what? Sorry I wasn't listening.."
"We're having a party at the beach tonight.. Wanna come?" Connor says.
Oh no. I am not really that party girl.. Well... I never went to a party. I'm kinda worried...
"Um, sure! Well, if you insist..." I answer.
"Yeah, you should come! You're gonna meet all of the other YouTubers that live in LA. You're gonna love it Skye" He says.
"Well okay then" I smile.
I've been to a party once in my teenage years. I wasn't ready for this. I was more that average teenage girl that used to study everynight in peace. Let me tell you that party was a nightmare. I for sure don't want to go to another party, but I know the YouTubers are nice. Well, I think so...
It's all gonna be fine.

***Connor's POV***
She doesn't seem too sure about the party and it's clear in her blue eyes.
I sigh as I play with my pencil. College homework is really boring. College is definetly not for me. I seriously can't wait to move with the boys.
"You bored?" Skylar asks.
Uh, what?
"Um, no..." I say in a confused tone.
"You just sighed."
"Nah I'm fine. Homework is just so boring..." I yawn.
She gets up and walks towards me.
"Skylar what are you doing?" I ask her.
She takes my hand and drags me to my bed.
"You need some sleep Connor" She sweetly answers. "The party is tomorrow. Get some rest"
I lean on my bed and close my eyes. Why did she do this? I knew since the day I saw that angel face that she was loving and caring but she acts like a mom! That's kinda cute. Wait. I can't like her. Just.. Urgh. Ok I have to admit I like her. But I still don't understand what just happened. I think I just dicovered a new side of the nerdy Skylar.
...
"Connor, if you need me I'll be at the bathroom. I need to get dressed for the party tonight."
"Okay Skye" I smile as she walks over to the bathroom.
I'm glad to have such a nice friend. I didn't expect to have a girl as a roommate. She's really sweet though. I guess she didn't have the choice.

I check my phone and read it's from Jc.
Jc: ready 4 da party 2night?
I'm ready. I think I am. It's been a while since I went to a party. At least it's only YouTubers..
Me: yup man wut bout u?
Jc: always ready 2 party dude! did u get skye 2 come?
Me: ya
Jc: k
