Calm.
Earlier, I was reading The Secret of the Cave by Ed Maranan. He writes poetry, fiction, essays and plays. I can say, he's one of my favorite Filipino writers. Such a great book that even older people could appreciate.
I was also happy to meet my new friends, Masino and Simona. I easily figured out by first glance how the author cleverly mixed up their names. And how their characters coexist in a different world. A young boy who lives in an island thousands of years ago and a young city girl who loves reading historical books. It's so magical and fascinating how they found each other by absolute serendipity.
Going back, this is how I usually spend my rest days. Reading books, watching classic films, playing online games, feeding our cychlids and consuming two packs of cigarettes while sipping a cup of hot chocolate.
....
How could brief moments like these becomes the most memorable? Just wondering.
