My arm reaches for the snooze button again as I finally decide to get up. I grab my phone ,still, half asleep as I scroll through Instagram. But I like the photo anyway, as  I make my way into the bathroom , still half asleep I splash water on my face waking me up a little as I start the day...

Hi I'm Jade Brooks. I'm your average typical teenage girl. I'm a British- American if that makes any sense. I grew up England and for the past five years I've been living in America. I'm 16 years old and go to Severd High. Weird name I know but it's my school. Don't worry I'm not the nerdy or the popular girl I'm what you like to call your average girl. Cool set of friends and well no one really hates me , so we're all good!

I enter my room again as I grab a white tank top and some jeans. I fill in my eyebrows and decide to just put some mascara on and a bit of foundation. I grab my phone, bag and headphones as I head downstairs.

"Morning honey!" My mum says as she gives me my cereal.

My mum was a business woman. Although she wouldn't be home a lot , when she would it would be great. As for my dad well he still lives in England with his new family but it's cool cause I'm close with them. He's a University Teacher. Then you have my older stupid brother Alex.

"Think fast J!" Alex shouts as he throws his ball at me.

My brother was a senior in Severd High. Let's just say my brother was part of that group. The ones with the jocks,players hot guys, captain of the football team. You get which guys I'm talking about. I'm addition you have the girls. The popular, rude, cheerleadery... yeah you get it. His girlfriend was none other than Peyton. She was the head of the cheerleading squad. Although she has never been mean to me,being her boyfriends little sister. She still annoys me. You see my brother had a game tonight BeAvers vs Lions. He was Lions and due to being the sister I have to go to this stupid game. I honestly will never get games involving balls I just don't! No hate or anything just I don't, but nevertheless I have to go...

I pick up the ball as I throw it back to him ignoring him as I continue to eat.

"Okay honey I have to go I'll see you around 11pm or maybe a bit later and Alex baby I'm so sorry ,but you know what! Ask Jade to film it for me! I can't wait to watch it. My baby boy is going to win!" My mum said eagerly as I rolled my eyes in disgust.

She kisses me and Alex  on the forehead as she left closing the door behind her.

"Hurry up J!" Alex shouts as I finish my food getting up.

"Shut up idiot you haven't even finished!" I argue back

He smirks at me as he eats all his food in one go as he opens his mouth showing me, making me feel sick.

"Eurgh stop it man!" I throw the wet dishwashing towel at him as revenge as he ducks down walking towards me as he leaves his bowl in the sink.

"Come back and wash that!"

"No!" He says as he whines like a baby

"Alex!"

"What has he done now!" A loud voice appears as everyone and anyone would know it means Peyton is in the house.

She was wearing a short dress with some cutouts. Her long blonde hair is half up and half down as she adjusts her Louis Vuitton bag she gives me a smile as she walks towards the sink carefully placing her bag down.

"Honestly babe, you shouldn't make your baby sister do all your dirty work, I always have clean up after my man!" She says in the most fakest way possible as she washes the bowl and walk away towards the towel in disgust of what she had to just do. She turns around as she smiles again. Her eyes scanning me. Shit what she going to say?
