short update

"Girl, so tea." Azélia shuffled her designs for her summer collection into her portfolio then dropping it inside her Prada wine red and black satchel bag. "Romeo popped up at the house yesterday, I guess he got out early on parole." She added on talking to her assistant and semi close friend Chloe.

Chloe was a hard working girl, strictly about her coins. She was a waitress at one of Amiré's clubs, she just had the spunk and personality that Zel was searching for.

Chloe was what today's society call a gold digger and she surely was not scared to show it. She felt as if, men show off their money and cars to impress her why not get what she wants out of them.

It wasn't something hard to understand and Azélia agreed with her completely; it's been countless amounts of times when men offered to give Azélia money, cars and clothes! Basically anything she could ask for but she gets her own coins and that was something she wasn't impressed by.

"Girl! You are liennnnn. So I get to finally meet him?" Azélia mentally rolled her eyes but kept on a fake smile as she locked up her office doors. "No, I don't think you need too plus things aren't looking so good."

"Why?" Chloe raised one of her eyebrows curiously. Azélia wasn't a fan of spreading her business, she cleaned her dirty laundry; not aired it out. "Something happened but I'm going to go meet up with Amiré in..." She looked down at her Gucci rose gold Timeless Unisex watch. "like an hour because I have to get the kids."

"Well I still want to know what happened! I tell you everything Zel."  She referred to her spilling the tea on her leaving her baby with some dude she thought was the father because she couldn't take care of him and at the time, he was paid.

In all honesty, Zel didn't care about anyone's business but her own. She learned to mind her business from being in between countless amounts of "bitch Amiré sleeping with me" and "you just want my nigga" situations.

"Why are you worried about my business so much, how about you take what I tell you and you run with it." She mashed the ground floor button in the elevator and watched the doors close right in Chloe's face.

She had no intentions on being rude but in her line of business she knew how to keep friends and knew how to keep employees.

America changed her but she kept in touch with her roots. She believed karma still followed; good and bad. She kept touch with her culture and she made sure she taught it to the twins and sometimes even Kaiden.

Every Friday night she'd find traditional music and sing it for them while they danced around right before dinner. It was a moment she cherished every Friday.

Her very own designer R&J cream ankle strap red bottom high heels clicked across the pavement of the ground floor where her 2017 all black Bentley truck laid.

She brought the car to life and took no time to swerve out of the parking garage.

In no less than thirty minutes she arrived back at the house with the twins and Kaiden running eagerly towards the front door. "I got here first haha!" Kaiden stuck his tongue out at Annika who was crying because she lost the race.

"Don't tease your sister like that!" Azélia scowled him by rubbing the top of his curly Afro. "She's not my sister." He barked back with an attitude which raised high concern for her.

"And who exactly, told you she's not?" Zoya was the first to waddle her little chubby self inside of the house with Anikka and Kaiden following. "Grandma said that because you don't wanna be with--" Kaiden's head snapped once he saw his father sitting at the computer in the lounge area.
