"I did. Mark, where are you?" Jack frantically spoke. He wanted to see if Mark was okay! The wait was killing him. Mark stepped from the tree as he moved to Jack. His movements didn't seem to be of his own. They where smooth, and it didn't look like he was going to trip over his own to feet. "I been here the whole time, just calmly waiting for you to show." Mark still spoke with very little emotions. It started to spook Jack. He took a step back before he moved to Mark hugging him tightly. "Mark! Everyone has been worried sick about you! What's going on? Where did you go? Why... are you acting so oddly?" Jack's voice shook.

"Are you scared of me?" Mark looked st Jack cooly as he didn't return the hug. He just stood there watching Jack with a creepy expression. "N-no, should I be?" Jack started to feel uneasy. He could feel the eyes on him again. He couldn't tell if it was just from Mark or if it came from another. "I see him in your eyes. Should I wake him for you?" Mark reached a hand as he placed it under Jack's chin. Mark brought Jacks head up, making Jacks bright blue eyes gazing into Marks now red eyes. Jack's eyes widens as he saw Mark's eyes.

"Your eyes! They are red?! W-wake who?" Jack stared to take a few steps back. He was freaking out, that being said, Jack turned to run from Mark. Just as Jack took a few steps, Mark grabbed the back Jack's shirt. Mark dragged Jack to the ground, he cupped Jack's cheeks in his hands. Mark gazed deeply into Jacks eyes as he smirked softly. "Who: your better half. Why don't you let him out to play?" Mark spoke. The colour from Jack's face drained as tried to pull back. Mark didn't let him move. Mark started to make tsking noises at Jack.

"Now, now, now. I thought we were friends. We are, aren't we?" He asked in cold tone of voice. "Of course, Mark!" Jack said in a panic. He looked as if he was going to throw up. "Then, why are you trying to get away from me?" Mark paused as he watches him. "Could it be that you are scared of me?" Mark asked as he tapped his cheek. Jack started to shake his head fast; he could feel his heart pounding into his chest. He tried so hard to remain calm, yet he found it next to impossible to do so. "I'm not scared of you! Are you pulling a prank on me?" Jack's voice cracked. He wanted to run, but the last time went so well.

A smirk curled on Mark's lips as he grabs the front of Jack's shirt. Mark's head cocked to the side as one of his hands reached into his pocket. The object reflected the moon behind them. Jack was too scared to move as Mark leaned in close to Jacks ear. "I saw the devil today, and he looks a lot like me." Mark chuckled darkly into Jack's ear. Jack started to pull back. He didn't care if his shirt was being pulled. He just wanted to get away as fast as he could and as far as he could. Mark let the fabric go from his fingers. He pulled out the knife and slashed Jack's neck.

Jack's eyes widen as his hands went to his neck. As quickly as Mark slashed Jack, he fell to the ground. Jack's body became more pale. Mark moved and kicked his ribs. "Wake the fuck up!" He growled at Jack. Moments went by before Mark kicked Jack's ribs again. "I said get the fuck up!" He barked. "Be quiet, before you piss somebody off," Jack's voice glitched as he pushed up. His eyes were shut closed as he grabbed Mark's shirt and sneered in his face. "Like me, mother fucker!" And then Jack's head butted Mark's. A loud groan pushed from Mark's lips, he looked at Jack. Jack was grinning ear to ear as his hands rubbed his neck. "Did you really have to do that?"

"How else was I to get you out of there?" Mark shrugs as he pushes the blood away from his nose. "Che, I would have you know I prefer taking over on my own! Now I have to figure out how to sew this close and keep him alive. Idiot," Jack scuffed at Mark. He was playing with the slit in his neck. He rolled his eyes some as he opened them. What was once the brightest set of blue eyes you could see turned into Black and green. One eye seemed to leak a black substance. Jack felt the cold ooze coming from his eye as he touches it. He made a small little grunt from his lips. He couldn't believe the male in front of him.

"Jack! Where the hell- Mark?!" A voice in the distance echoed. Both Mark and Jack turned to look at the male. They sighed when they saw both Tyler and Bob running up the hill. Jack pulled his hoodie up a little to cover his neck as he closes his eyes again. Making them turn back to the bright blue eyes again. "Jack! You made Bob almost have a heart attack! He was screaming and moving around frantically! Mark! Where the fuck have you been?" Tyler shifted his attention to his once missing friend. Mark gazed at Tyler. He wanted to brutally beat the male in front of him. After all, Tyler interrupted his talk with Jack.

"I been here and there. I haven't wander to far from here. I just needed some alone time," Mark lied through his teeth. Tyler looked to Bob, who looked skeptical at the situation. At this point, Bob could care less about why Mark left. He was just happy that Mark had made it back to them safe and sound. That was the most important thing to Bob. "Uh, let's get you home Mark. You probably had a long and tiring months."
