Amtheyst and me walked through the busy town named Ponyville. Where I was now being humiliated by total strangers who just read the Ponyville Press.
Come on Sapphire just a little bit more and you'll be in your destination...
My BFF snapped me out of my thoughts. "Um Sapphire?" I shook my head and looked at her. "Um you do realize that you were staring at the photographer of Ponyville Press? Right?"
She widened her eyes at me. I guess I never really knew that. I think I was so caught up with my thoughts that my eyes just zoned out. Typical of me I guess.
The photographer stared at me, confused. I feel really bad for the guy. I flashed him an awkward smile and waved my hoof at him to say hi. He waved back but had a confused look on his face.
Amtheyst tapped my back. "We're here!" She pointed her hoof at the building where she lived. It had a lot of purple confetti on the roof. I had a feeling I needed to ask her about that but that had to wait becuase it wasn't that imporant right now.
We then opened the door of her house. She turned on the lights of the living room I guess? I can't seem to think of it as a living room because the room was filled with cake.
Must be a bakery...
We went up a flight of stairs and went left. I was surprised because I never thought that Amethyst would have a big house because on the outside it had a pretty normal size.
I didn't realize she was looking at me. "Um based on the look of your face I would say that you never thought my house would be big enough. Is that what you're thinking?"
I looked at her shocked. "Do you have some powers or something? Because you always seem to know what I'm thinking." My friend laughed.
Well that didn't go what I expected.
"Um Sapphire?" She waved her hoof up and down my face. I shook my head. I sighed "Once again I zoned out didn't I?" I asked her. When she nodded her head I figured I did.
Once again! Can't I just stop doing that?!
"You know what let's just do what we need to do already!" She nodded. I put my saddlebag on the floor and started unpacking.
Notebooks, pens, essentials and a lot more fell out of my bag. Well they came falling out of my bag because Amethyst dumped the whole thing. I glared at her. Of course I didn't want any of my things damaged! I mean who would want that?!
"AMETHYST!!!?" I screamed at her. She laughed. "Relax ok? Sometimes you iust have to let it go!" I said nothing. "Ok ok I'm sorry that I dumped all your stuff on the floor. But you gotta have a little fun sometimes right?" I just stared at her because I really cannot stand myself from strangling her right now!
"Um Sapphire? Uh why are you gro-" I really can't stand it anymore so I screamed at her face. "SERIOUSLY?! LET GO?! HOW CAN I LET GO WHEN YOU JUST RUINED THE PERFECT FORMATION THAT I MADE INSIDE MY BAG?! EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD SHAPE UNTIL YOU DUMPED THE WHOLE THING?! HOW CAN I LET THAT GO?!?!"
My BFF stared at me wide-eyed.
I might have gotten too far...
She sighed. "I promise I'll fix your stuff ok? Just please don't be mad at me?" When I looked into her round-shaped eyes I noticed some water.
No.
Tears.
I suddenly realized I have gone too far. I felt guilty for shouting at her I mean just because my things were not neat doesn't mean I can scream at her. "Amethyst I'm so so sorry! I just-"
"It's ok Sapphire let's just go and organize your files for your trip to Canterlot. Besides you need it for your magic school."
We then started to fix my papers. We were in silence while doing so. She had a frown on her face.
I think I darkened the mood here.
Let's just say I have gotten too far.
