Bella's POV

"What are you doing here?" Stepsister said with a confused look.
"There's something that I left here, and there's something I want to know.." O said..
"Uh-- w-well then, c-come in." She said nervously.
We went inside and it's the same.... We sat down on a couch. Stepsister had called stepmother already....
"Who was it Vivian?" Stepmother asked, I could clearly hear their voice even though they are upstairs..
"U-uh... It's B-Bella..."
"W-what?!!"
Then both of them came downstairs.
"Ah- Nice to meet you ma'am" Blean, Philip and Morgan all said.
Stepmother just bowed down to them and looked at me and Isabella, confusedly...
"W-why are you here?" Stepmother asked.
"There's something I want to ask..." I replied..
"That's all?" She asked again but I just nodded...
"Okay then, wait a minute, I'll go get some teas to drink." Stepmother said as she went directly to the kitchen.
We were all just sitting down on the couch together with Vivian, my stepsister... I don't know why but it was a really heavy atmosphere...
After a couple of minutes, stepmother already bought as teas and she also sat down with us...
"Here--- have some teas." She said.
"Thank you very much." We all said.
"B-bella... How is John??" Stepmother asked again.
"He's fine, he is still quiet as ever.... but..." I stopped talking and thought of the moments when he smiled at me.
"But what?" This time Vivian asked me.
"I saw him smiling a couple of times..." Well, I saw him smiling so gently to me though...
"What?!" Vivian shouted as she clears her throat.
"What about it?" I asked.
"Father, I never saw him smile...."
I can see Stepmother clenching her hands...
"So--- he is really happy with that woman huh??

.
Excuse me for a second." She said and went upstairs again.
Uh--- I'm really sorry for my mom." Vivan said... woah, it's my first time to see stepsister saying sorry to others...
"Can I go upstairs, I want to ask stepmother something, it's privacy." I said and Vivian just nodded.
I went upstairs and saw Stepmother sobbing, I went closer to her.
"Stepmother..." I quietly said....
"Huh- why are you here, you should go downstairs..." She said as she weep her tears.
"There's something I want to ask you..."
"What is it??"
"Are there anyone in your family who is called Lionel?"
"Huh-- what do you mean?"
I grabbed the picture that has a letter on the back and handed to Stepmother...
"This... this picture... do you know either the lady in this picture or the one whom I said earlier?"
"N-no... I don't know them, I don't have any sisters or bothers and I never saw this lady nor the person who that you're referring to called Lionel...." She answered.
But then.... why is it that it was on my photo album then??
"B-bella.... is John healthy? Is he eating right??" Stepmother asked me... Well I guess she still loves stepfather...
"Yeah.... By the way stepmother.... Father knew that I was going to Norwich, so he asked me to tell this to you..."
When I said, that stepmother was kinda surprised.
"I'm really sorry for leaving you, I'm grateful for accepting me for who I am, You knew that I was a criminal yet you accepted me.... I didn't even get a chance to hug you and Vivian when we left Norwich.... I'm sorry, I wish you happiness....."
Stepmother started to shed tears and started to wipe her tears....
"And uh--mmm here Stepmother... A letter and a present for Vivian's upcoming birthday and a ring for you... It's from father..." I added while I handed her the paper bag.
"T-thank you..." Stepmother said...
After a couple of minutes, Stepmother finally calmed down, we went downstairs and we are about to leave..
"Are you leaving already?" Vivian asked to us.
"Apparently yes, but we will come back soon." I replied.
"Goodbye ma'am." Morgan, Blean and Philip said to Vivian and Stepmother
"We will take our leave now." Isabella added
"Okay then, but you..... you look exactly like Bella......" Stepmother said.
"Uh--- y-yeah, a lot of people said that..." Isabella and I said at the same time... Stepmother and Vivian just giggled...
We are about to leave but then stepmother suddenly hugged me....
"I-I am so so so sorry... I'd treated you so bad back then...." She whispered into my ear....
And then Vivian also hugged me...
"I-I'm also so sorry for what I did to you... It was really childish for me to treat you such misery...." Vivian said to me...
I don't know how to react but then I glance at Isabella, she's telling me something....
I caressed and gently patted stepmother and Vivian's back while they were both hugging me.
"It's okay.... don't worry...." I said and then they let go of me...
And as soon as they let go of me they were really shocked and I don't know why...
"Y-you--- It's my first time that I saw you smile...." stepmother said with a happy and surprised face same with Vivian...
"Ah--I smiled??" I asked and also looked at Isabella and the others...
But all of them were just giggling.....
Morgan and the other also said that I smiled when I was hospitalized because of that voice phishing incident....
BUT WAIT?? DID I REALLY SMILED???
