HIRING ADMINS [CLOSED]

Greetings! Good Evening cuties! We, the Allura_Guild are looking for cute admins just like us. If you're interested, kindly pm Allura_Guild or any of the admins of Allura. But before that, we have some few steps to do, if you passed you will be an official admin of Allura Guild.

Requirements:

Step 1- Well, hindi mawawalan ng requirements, if check ang lahat ito sayo, you will go the next stage.

So here are the requirements....

✓Must have a published story (More than 5 parts)
✓Age must be 12-18 years old.
✓Must have a pleasing personality

Step 2- If you're done with the step 1, kindly pm Allura_Guild or one of the admins, your Facebook account, because some of the admins will interview you.

Step 3- If you passed the interview, one of the admins will assign you a 'Practice Task', if you finished it nicely, viola! You're already a part of Allura Guild.

Note: If you've passed all of this, kindly tell them if what service will you join, it's either, Cover Shop, Critique Shop, Book Club, Hugot Advices and many more.

You just need to follow our simple qualifications and rules.

Simple lang naman ang mga qualifications namin, magkasing-parehas lang naman sila sa rules so ito na po,

1 RESPECT
Ang kailangan sa isang admin ay may respeto, hindi 'yong walang galang o walang modo. Pare-pareho lang naman tayong dapat na makamit ang respeto sa bawat isa. Kung wala kang galang labas ka sa org na ito.

2 BE ACTIVE
Dapat ay aktibo ka sa wattpad at sa facebook, bakit? Para maging updated ka sa mga pangyayari sa surroundings mo.

3 BE HUMBLE
Unang una pa lamang ay dapat alam mo na sa sarili mo kung ano ang kaya mong skills and mga contributions sa organization.

4 BE CREATIVE/FULLFILLED OF IDEAS
Kailangan rin namin ng kasamang madaming ideya ng naiisip iyong tipo ng creative, para kapag nag brainstorming tayo ay may maibabahagi ka agad na ideya or may suhestiyon ka agad.
