Chapter 2❤The Proposal❤

As we were told to assemble at the royal court we did all the royal family where there waiting for the king's arrival queen mother,my brother,my grandma,anty,uncle and my 4 cousins the Minster and the rest of the kings entourage where all present

Then here comes the king and the announcer spoke

"Here comes the king all rise"

And everyone rose up waiting for the king to take a sit and everyone would sit then the announcer said

"Hail king Hamid of Balil"

then the people respond saying "Hail"

Then the king sat on his throne then everyone sat down and waiting impatiently for the King to speak up then the king cleared his throat say

"We've got a very nice alliance for the Crowned Prince Ahmad from the most powerful kingdom of Bakir to his younger daughter Princess Fatima and I accept this alliance wholeheartedly but it will only if Ahmad agrees and willingly accepts it so Ahmad do you accept this alliance"

Everyone was shocked after knowing where the alliance was from the powerful Kingdom of Bakir  it is the most powerful and strongest kingdom every kingdom feared it and it ruled all the kingdoms

Then my Queen mother spoke up
"My son Ahmad speak up what's your answer tell us were waiting"

"Yes brother I want to hear your answer you should get married soon I wanna become an anty" I said and everybody kept laughing

"So son tell me your answer and stop been shy like your sister"

"Yes king Father I agree I will marry her"

Everyone stood up and clapped everyone been happy I went near my brother

"So brother growing up already" I said smirking and raising one of my eyebrow

"So shouldn't I but unfortunately am older then you remember"

"Well all I want know is to become an anty so lets start planning"

I looked at him and we both smiled

"I have a request brother"

"Sure say it out sister"

"Please continue being my awesome brother even after your married because if you dare change I will change how you look"

I said in a possessive manner looking at him and he pulled me in aver brotherly hug I am very close to my brother he loves me so much I can't explain like the way I love him

"And I know the princess of Bakir will love you so much because your the most handsome and sensible person I've ever known"

"Right brother" asking him and he just smiled pinching my soft cheeks

"So let's start the wedding preparations because Prince Ahmad is getting married in 5 days all the wedding events will be held in our kingdom"king father said making everyone rejoice

"Minster send them that we've accepted the proposal and that the wedding should take place in our kingdom in the next five days okay"

"Yes your royal highness"the Minster spoke and went to his chamber and write to the other kingdom

Even though they are the most powerful kingdom they had to come to our kingdom to celebrate the wedding because it's in our tradition that every princess family have to go to the Prince kingdom to get Married

And with that ever one went to their respective chamber but me and my cousins went to my chamber Laila,Janah and me am the eldest among them both nobody could understand because we do everything together

"Sister Marah do you know how happy am I brother is getting married I mean image us being the groom's sister's will have fun"

said Janah while she was up and dancing

"Sure the little one will have fun so much "

"But sister Marah what about the clothes and jewelleries were gonna wear"

"Dont worry about it Laila queen mother and auntie will take care of it"

"But sister they don't know my choice I wanna pick it my self please sister please"

Laila is always possessive when it comes to something about that concerns her she always do things her self without any help

"Okay Laila you can choose it by your self let me call the royal tailor okay"

I said to her and she smiled hugging me

"Thank you so much sister your the best "

"Your always welcome always"

"Handsmaid"

"Yes My lady"

"Go and call the royal tailor and the jeweller now and come with him to the royal living room okay "

"Sure my lady"

And with that she  went and we headed to the royal living room but then we saw a lot of workers working hard and decorating the palace

"Wow it looks very beautiful right"

I said looking at it very amazed believe me whoever saw it will say it's a Prince and Princess wedding

"Sure sister" they both said together

At the royal court everyone sitting down then the king announced

"My daughter Princess Fatima will be getting married to the crowed Prince of Balil kingdom Prince Ahmad in the next five day's insha Allah but everything will take place in Balil kingdom so everyone should start preparing"

"But My king in five day it's not enough"said Queen mother

"Just get ready you and all the girls family will be leaving today okay"

Queen mother didn't bother her self to look at him but stormed of the royal court and off every woman left following her

"Fatima are you sure you are ready to get married tell me the truth if your not then this marriage won't take place I promise you"

"No mother don't say that am ready believe me I am and I willingly accept the proposal"

"If your okay with it then I have no problem okay all I want is your happiness okay"

"Sure mother thank you I love you"

"I love you too mother have you seen brother I haven't seen him through out today he wasn't present at the court too"

"I think he might be practising his sword fighting"

"Okay I want to go and talk to him I will be back soon"

Everyone present they nod they head and i went

"Brother Khalid" I shouted looking at him and quickly went to him and hugged him

So how was this chapter it's a bit longer than the first one but I hope you liked it so I'll be writing soon insha Allah
