Ciel's pov

it was very late when we had gotten home and I did not want Delaney traveling so I told Sebastian to put her sleeping form in the guest room and we would bring her home in the morning he simply nodded and put her and her bags there for the night I had to write a report to the queen about the sucess of the mission knowing it would take a while I told Sebastian to make me tea then retire for the night I would handle myself once I was done when he tried to agrue I ordered him to Elizabeth would be coming tomorrow and I need him rested whether he sleeps or not

now I sit in my study alone four candles lit writing my report when I faintly heard a struggled cry from across the hall where Delaney was I shot up out of my seat and ran to her room only to be hit by a door "ow" I groan from the floor she looks shocked her eyes full of tears "Phantomphive I'm sorry it's just I had a nightmare then I was alone and not in my home and got scared.."she began to blab tears one by one slipping out of her eyes with out her even noticing I stood up quick and pulled her into my embrace she tensed for a minute but then relaxed "can I come sit with you " she looked up at me I knew she was a cold  blooded reaper the girl showed purity and inocence something I hadn't seen in a long time it warmed my heart a bit I smiply nod at her

she made it clear that her nightmare scared her into not even wanting to sit alone she sat in my lap while I worked I didn't mind at all I could actually get used to this her breathing was slow and steady indicating she had fallen asleep I too was beginging to get tired I didn't want to move with her in my lap like this though so I simply blew out my candles and lifted us to the couch it wasn't the most comfortable but it fit both of us comfortabley and there was a silk pillow for our heads and a blanket to cover with I kicked off my shoes and took off my tie and jacket before wrapping my arms around her waist and slowly falling into a deep comfortable sleep

I woke up to Sebastian smirking at me "if only we had a camera we could cherish this moment forever young lord do you possibly fancy Ms.Delaney " I just glared at the fool feeling the blush creeep to my face I moved enough and knocked Delaney off the couch "ow what the hell Phantomphive " she growled rubbing her head obviously her inocence was gone and replaced with morning rage I've only spent 3 days with the girl and I know she has terrible morning rage and morning hungers "where's food I am starving " she complained I got up and went to get dressed leaving her with Sebastian who led her to her room so she could dress herself

Delaney's pov

I wasn't going home until tonight Ciel said there was someone I was to meet I bathed and shook my hair dry to its straight flat normal look I braided a small piece like I usually do I put on a black knee length plain dress with a white bow wrapped around my waist to show off a bit of my natural curves my bangs weren't quite as long as my dads so my eyes showed I know his were a bright bright green brighter than a reapers I've only seen them on a few occasions I put on the matching hat that I had identical to my fathers I put on my combat boots they went to mid calf with white leggings covering my pale flesh and my fingerless gloves overall I looked presentable but able to fight if need be I put on my necklace with a black gem in it a rare one too my father gave me it it's how most people identify me

I walk down stairs to meet Ciel and everyone for breakfast I ate my biscuits craving blood biscuits put back my hunger for a good hour or two then I would need more or to reap to get what I need we sat in silence too busy enjoying the food to eat I was munching on things you would feed pluto he was at the door whining for one I simply looked to him and growled eyes glowing from hunger that shut him up I looked up at Ciel ready to say something when I was cut off by a loud "CCCCIIIIEEEELLLLL" the voice sequaled annoyingly suddenly I saw a flash of blonde and a girl glopping Ciel which I did not approve of this it burned watching some girl put her hands on what I claimed thats right last night I claimed him if another reaper or angel were to put there hands on him without my permission they shall be set on the fire of an angel it doesn't count to Sebastian because he is to take his soul but any other demon will feel the fire of angels she sadly is only human so doesn't feel my fire "Lizzy...hello" he choked out not pleased to see her "We should have a ball" her squeaky voice sequaled hurting my ears
