Chapter 2: Moving Away...

Chanelle's P.O.V:

It was currently August 2 and I am sadly but true moving tomorrow. Before I continue on , yes I am a werewolf. I was never Ms. Popularity or Ms. Nerd, I was in between. I had a boyfriend too but he cheated so I said bye bye. My dad is the Alpha of the Purple-Eclipse pack and my Mum is the Luna. I am currently the head/star dancer of the dance team but I'm still not that popular though I blame that on the school population, there is only like 900 students In the grades 9th-11th. I use to live in West brook, Washington. I have jet black hair, green eyes but when I'm pissed they turn purple, I'm 5'7 1/2, and I weigh 128lbs. I am also moving to Florida. The area were going to is property of my dad so we have a lot of land and I learned that they have an Alpha. He supposedly the owner of the largest pack. And my dad just so happens to be the 2nd largest. I am 17 now but come August 5 I will be 18. I obviously haven't found Him but I'm not gonna wait. Don't get me wrong I'm going to wait to mate but not date. The only good thing about moving is that living in Florida will allow me to change my status. Anyways, Like I'm going to go out and casually date!!Nothing else!!! My parents spoil me and I also have a VERY VERY protective brother named Nathan Jr. He doesn't know about my ex-boyfriend but it doesn't matter he's gone and my brother is always around. Some people who don't now we are related asked if we were dating once. Then the guy winked at me. It was funny I replied and said "That's my brother" then Nathan chased him down the hallway, punched him in the face and walked back to me. Then he put his arm around my shoulder and walked me to class. My brother got held back so he's in my grade and is taller then me. He also is known as a bad boy player. Hes cute but that's my brother so I'm not allowed to judge.

Now that that's out of the way.... I was packing my last box when my brother barged in.

"Wats up sista." He said with a smile.

"Nothing much bro im almos...t, there finished. Now I just have to put this shit in the moving van and we will be good." I said smiling back at him.

"Need some help?" He said more of a statement then a question. How do I know? Because he took the box out of my hands!!!!!!!!

"Sure no problem bro" I sarcastically said.

"Did you really think I was asking?" and with that we were walking outside already. My parents were in Florida already along with the furniture and stuff, They had to do pack stuff. So its just me and my bro and an air mattress.

"What are you thinking about sis?"

"Just how I have the best-est brother ever and the fact you treat me better then your own mate! Nathan when do you think im going to find my mate?" I asked sort of said.

"Your time will come sis. Don't worry. Now smile I can't stand not to see you happy!" I started to laugh when he said that. Just then my ring tone sounded of, "Whatever it was I know its because... We are we are...The youth of the nation.. we are we are...The youth of the nation..." "Hello? who is this?!" I asked. "I see you Chanelle. Remember, remember the 5 of November.. I'll be back then. Don't run either." and with that he hung up.

"Stay close to me! It's not safe. I smell vampire. Get in the Damn car Now!!!!" Nathan growled.

We were now in Florida about 20 miles away from our new house, when we stopped to get gas. "Can I go get something Nathan im sorta thirsty and I NEED GUM!" I asked him.

"Yea but leave your mind-link open. Hurry up mum wants to see you." He said I gave him a hug and grabbed my wallet.

Maybe I should get him a soda? I asked myself. "Sure give me a mountain dew, thanks sis." he said. Dammit I forgot my mind was open. "watch your mouth little girl." he said. I just stopped talking. I went to the fridge and grabbed Nathans favorite kind the Code red and grabbed a Arizona for me. I went to the candy isle and grabbed some cola gummies and fruit roll ups with some salt and vinegar pringles. I also got four packs of mint and fruity gum. (don't ask me why) I was walking when a little kid bumped In to me crying. "O sweaty are you ok? What's wrong." He hugged my legs and said "I ran away from my brover(toddler way of saying brother.) so he could find me and now I can't find him." He said through sobbes. "O its ok sweatie we will find him common." He grabbed my hand and I bought my stuff. I walked over to the car and told my brother what happened. He smiled at my personality and said alright well go find him just meet me at the oak tree that we passed in about 30 mins. I smiled and said ok and he was off. "o I also know your a werewolf miss. My big brover is a wolfy too. He's and alpha wolfy." Great I said to myself. "Anyway my name is Max what is yours missy?" "My name is Chanelle. whats your brother look like sweatie." all of a sudden max jumps up and down and a voice called out to him. Max grabbed my hand and ran to the man with me traveling behind him. For a little boy he is really strong. He let go of my hands and jumped up in his brothers arms. "Brover brover this girl saved me brover. she helped me find you!!! and shes wolfy too. She says her name is chaneellleeeee." He said stretching out my name and winking at his brother. His brother stared at me for what felt like hours but was really a minute. He placed his hand out and I shaked it. "Hi my name is Mace i'm the Alpha of the Orange moon pack and judging by my little brother you must be chanelle. Thanks for helping him I missed him so much." He said taking his hand back and cuddling with Little max. " It was my pleasure Mace. Now max stay near your brother little man. I don't want you to get hurt ok." he jumped down to his feet and hugged my leg. "I wont I promise.I will miss you Chanelle." I bent down to his level lifted up his chin and kissed his forehead. "pinky promise me!" I held my hand out and he did the same we looped our pinky's and kissed them. "Good now its official. Good Bye little man I have to go now." I kissed his cheek gave him a long hug and stood up. "Good bye Alpha Mace. I guess I will see you around." I pecked his check and gave him a hug. "Bye guys." I felt a pull to the alpha but it didn't matter because my mate is out there somewhere and he will find me. I turned and started walking down the rode. I purposely switched my hips when walking away. I don't know what's coming over me. I walked down the path and soon enough a tree branch snapped and my head said run but my heart said don't. My head flicked to that direction and I saw nothing. Rule #1; Never turn your back to a noise. So I backed up into something really hard. I turned around and was relieved to see Nathan. I smacked his shoulder and said "Don't do that you scared me shit less." Afterwards, I got into the trucked and we went to the house. I kept feeling watched though... and for some reason I can't get Alpha Mace out of my head. His pink lips, His natural dirty blonde hair, those loose jeans that were dangerously low on his hips, the tight blue shirt that hugged his perfect 8 pack, and his eyes. Hmmm those tasty chocolate brown eyes and- - "Yo sis stop drooling we are here. Common mom wants to see you." I blushed and ran to see my mother standing next to the door. I ran and jumped on my daddy. He said hello and that he missed me and then I got down. I ran to my mother next and did the same. "I missed you guys!!!!!" "Sweetie there is a surprise in your corridor. I want to show you so lets go." My mother grabbed my hand. She kissed my dads cheek and hugged my brother. Apparently they had things to talk about something so its me and my mummy now. We walked up three flights of stairs and entered a hallway that Was filled with lavender wall paper and gold doors. "Each door has a different room. This door(points to door) is a movie theater, this one is a kitchen basically it has everything but don't trap yourself up here its only for when you mad at us and want your independence. Anyway, this is an alarm room. there is a camera in every room but your and the guest rooms on your floor. This Is where you monitor it. This room is yours. It connects with the one next door to but that door is secret only u and I know. The are a lot more rooms like a game room hell there is even a pool room here. It is 96 degrees in there with a pool, hot tub, snack stand and a locker room. Careful because its for both males and females, and separate bathrooms, Your bags are in your closet so un pack and Ill leave you to it." She kissed my cheek and left. wow. My room is Gold and Pink.In the closet  it said Mate sono per sempre ma l'amore è temporaneo(Mate are forever but love is temporary) , The doors were sound proof. Above my bed It said "Ascolta il tuo cuore, Theres dove si trova la verità(Listen to your heart,Theres where the truth lies)" I absolutely love my Corridor. I unpacked and and went to bed how could my life get any better?
