Loli thought about her more recent counter, then to the earlier one. The one person who seemed to terrify her. She felt the stinging in her pom get more intense, then reminded her self to go fix it up.

She turned the corner, stopping in front of her door, she turned the blade in her hand over once more, noticing engraving in it's handle. She shrugged it off, and forced the door open, closing it more softly behind her.

She carried the knife with her to the bathroom, where she set it down, and began to thoroughly wash her hands. Whenever her fingers came in contact with the bruised area, she'd flinch. She glanced at a soap bottle resting at the corner of the sink. She debated in her mind whether to use it or not, but decided against it as it would probably worsen the stinging sensation in her hand.

She then headed to the kitchen, and cracked open a cabinet, where she hid her band-aids. She reached in with her uninjured hand, and pulled out the box, reaching in to grab one, then sticking it to her hand. She then placed it back where it was.

The stinging in her hand was still there, so she guessed it was something that wouldn't heal in minutes. Perhaps over night? She glanced back to the bathroom, where she knew the knife sat. She then remembered the engravings, they sort of looked like letters, and if they were, she wanted to see what they said.

She made her way to the bathroom, and picked the knife, she then proceeded to leave the bathroom, and sit on her couch.  There was a simple T.V. In front of it, and a window behind it. Loli brought her attention back to the blade sitting in her hands, and held up the handle to her face. She could make out slight engravings.... Spelling....

"Kenzie." Loli read aloud. The robber who carried the knife must have owned the name of Kenzie.

                                                                                    *:・゚✧

Loli kept the knife in her purse, she had only carried pepper spray before, but she felt even safer with a knife in her reach. Not to mention, the blade was embedded with specs of gold, creating a beautiful pattern that was rather eye catching.

She added that to her list of things she noticed: Kenzie must have a lot of money. So why would she be stealing? Perhaps she was just rich of of the money she was stealing.

Loli rounded the corner, finding that the studio was closed. This surprised her, but came as a relief. She hadn't had a day off work yet, so this would be nice to have. She called up her boss, intending to ask about why the studio was closed. After the phone ringing about four times, a man picked up.

"Hello?" A gruff voice answered at the other end of the line.

"Hi there. This is Loli. I'm calling to ask why the studio is closed?"

The man grumbled for a few seconds, then replied,

"Some one stole a lot of the equipment we need for filming....... And it costs a lot of money, so we're having trouble replacing it all. We won't be able to film today." The man hung up after that sentence, he really didn't seem to care much of what others thought. Loli frowned. When did people get so rude?

It's a crime full city. Loli had to remind her self yet again. She forced a smile on her face, at least she got off work today. She just hoped that she wouldn't lose her steady income after that. She planned to move away when she felt she had earned enough money to purchase a home.

She started the walk back to her apartment.

                                                                                            *:・゚✧

Loli opened the door, shocked by what she saw. Cupboards were all open, anything in them thrown to the floor or torn open. Loli grimaced. Someone had broken in her house, she could tell by the broken window. How on Earth was she going to clean all this up?

Then she saw it, her couch had been flipped over, the back of it met the floor, and it's stumpy, wooden legs were suspended in the air. Then there was someone. Loli flicked on the lights. "Who are you?!" She yelled. The person froze, and looked back up at them. It was that one robber! It was Kenzie! "What are you looking for?" Loli threw more questions to Kenzie.

"I'm looking for something that ISN'T yours! You stole it from me!" kenzie huffed. Loli scoffed. "Really? That's pretty hypocritical of you." Kenzie sighed, and stood up, her gaze was cold. "My knife." Loli raised an eyebrow, then remembered the knife in her bag. She didn't want to just give it up without doing anything. After all, she WAS stealing, she should be caught.

She suddenly remembered Angie. She was a police woman. She could probably track down Kenzie. She pulled out her phone. "I'm calling the police." She dialed the number for emergencies, and it took more then ten rings for them to answer. 'What the heck.' Loli thought. 'The police really are slacking off.'

"911, what's your emergency?" Loli heard the person say. She glared at Kenzie, who seemed to inch slowly to the broken window. "I've got a robber." The person on the phone scoffed. "Who doesn't?" They began to laugh. "Deal with it, we've got worse problems here in Amulet City." Then they hung up. Loli suddenly felt hurt, did people not care to be more polite?

She had to remind herself once again, 'Here in Amulet city, they have robberies every day.'

She decided to keep pretending she was on the phone, maybe she could scare Kenzie away. "Yeah, the address is 6680, Locket street. " Kenzie finally went for it, No, not leaping out the window. But she charged at Loli, slamming her against the door. Kenzie then snatched the phone, threw it to the floor, and stomped it once with the heel of her foot.

Loli could already imagine the bruises she'd get from this. "What the heck." Loli hissed, half in pain, the other half in plain anger, annoyance, and fear. "The knife. I hope you realize that I can't make it magically reappear." Loli sighed, if she gave up the knife, the robber would probably part ways and never see them again.

Then there was a knock.

'Of all times.' Loli groaned inwardly. The knock banged against her already sore back. Kenzie slowly let her go, but grabbed her wrists tightly, to remind her that she was there, and wouldn't let her screw this up, not to mention that it firmly held her in place.

"Who is it?" Loli called out, turning to glare at Kenzie.

"it's Angie." Loli's heart stopped.  And as if Kenzie also knew who Angie was, she froze up, and her hands tightened their grip on Loli's arm, though Kenzie didn't seem to notice.
