Long time ago in the great universe, it existed different worlds, and in this worlds it existed two different kinds of beings: humans and monsters.
As the time pass both races hated each others more and more, until one day both races started a war that it lasted for so many years, but at the finale the humans were victorious, and the humans to rub their victory to the monsters, they banished them to the wild lands, and the humans took over the great lands were there was as the name says great lands and great weather were the humans could make grow food for them and live for many years in the lands. As the kingdom of humans begin to grow, they decided to name their kingdom Mewni, and they call themselves mewmans, even they decided to have a king and queen for their kingdom so they will make the best choices for the kingdom, the ones to be king and queen have to be the only humans who have powers, so they could protect the kingdom.
Even after the war ended the now call mewmans still wanted more lands so they could grow more their poblation and kingdom, so they invaded the other worlds and lands, no matter what it took to do it , even if it already was taken for monsters.
So that it's how things were, Monsters fear the mewmans, and mewmans hated and ruled against the mosnters, it stayed like that for many years until these days.
No mewman, and mosnter would ever think of both races being in harmony or even co-exist in the same place, only fools would ever think of being friends or even acquaintance with a monsters or mewman, wherever the position was.
No matter what where the circumstances...
It was every race for themselves.
