You would have never guessed
That those pretty baby blues
Hid a mind plagued with sorrow
A heart that was broken beyond repair
No.
You only saw what was skin deep
Only seeing the revealing outfits
The "unsavory" lip rings and tattoos
Ignoring the silent pleas for help
Hidden in all she could show
All she would ever let the world see
Until one night
Her thoughts grew darker
She couldn't resist
She searched through her belongings
And caused quite a mess
Until she found her only temptress
Drawing up a hot bath
She soon bared it all
Stepping right in
Doing what she thought was for the best
She fulfilled her deepest desire
And slit both of her wrists.
Expecting to be found by those she thought betrayed her
All she could do was laugh
Not realizing what was to come
