Blake's POV

Karma fell asleep on my shoulder that night. She looked so peaceful and i didn't want to wake her up, so i let her sleep. Even though i was in the most uncomfortable position. I had my left arm around her as her head was gently placed on my shoulder and curled up to my side.

Her soft shiny hair smelt so nice, like coconuts, i ended up staying awake staring at nothing whilst smelling her hair.

God i sound like a creep but i can't help but say the truth.

Noah and Will ended up going home late last night. After they told me to go upstairs to find Karma they put on The martian, my favourite movie, and didn't leave till that was over. They texted me when they was leaving and 'good luck' for some reason which i don't completely understand why/what i need luck for.

It was 7 in the morning when i woke up on the floor, no Karma in sight. I went into my own room and got changed, when i say get changed i mean pick a shirt off of the floor and smell it to see if its clean or not, then i went downstairs to get something to eat whilst texting the boys to meet me at our spot.

When i made it down the stairs i saw Karma sitting on the bar stool on her phone.

"Hey, you okay?" I questioned. As soon as i said it she jumped.

"Oh gosh, don't scare me like that. I was fine until you nearly gave me a heart attack"

"Sorry"

We both was silent, her staring at her the floor and he staring at her. "Thank you Blake, for last night. If you wasn't there i..i don't know what i would of done. So thank you."

"It was my pleasure Pancake"

Karma's POV

"So whats happening with you and Blake?" Tori asked.

Right so before everyone gets confused lets skip back to 10 minutes earlier.....

10 minutes earlier

Blake drove me to school and told me to meet him back at his car after school. He went off to his friends and i was left alone, i couldn't go to my friends as they believe the poo head Jake over their own best friend. So i went to a spot under a tree and got out my book 'me before you'. I've read it 3 times but its just so good and cute.

After 3 minutes of reading a shadow blocked the sun.

"excuse me, your blocking the sun" i said without looking away from the book. They still didn't move, so i looked up and there was two people i didn't think i would be seeing near me for at least another day.

"Karma we need to talk, please just hear us out" Harper  begged.

"Fine, explain"

Back to the present

And that's how it went. They believed the rumors and promised that it wouldn't happen again and they will come straight to me before accusing me of anything.

  "So whats happening with you and Blake?" Tori asked. 

"Nothing, why?"

"Well you two seem close, closer then you was before. I mean before you kept going on about how he is a horrible human being and now he is taking you to and from school and then don't forget about last night as well. Like come on you guys slept together but no sex just slept." Harper explained.

Yes i did tell them about last night, even though we was in a non-talking moment, i still told them everything they was missing out in.

"Soon you guys are going to fall in love with each other" Tort popped up.

"No. I'm not going to fall in love anytime soon. I don't want to love anyone anymore."

"How could you not want to fall in love?" Harper questioned puzzled.

"Easy. I don't want my happiness to depend on whether a person gives me their attention or not. I don't want to stay up late wondering whether he is thinking of me. I don't want to cry over someone who may not care. I don't want to stare at my phone screen waiting for a text. Most importantly, I don't want to give anyone the power to destroy me"
