It Takes Time

Dear crazy stupid friends (Percy's POV)

English class was a success. At least for Jason. He is so into Piper McLean! I just realized that I sounded like a popular cheerleader. It was not my intension but I didn't found any other way to say it.

Oh yeah and one more thing about him. He's my cousin. Yeah, one of my best friends in school is my cousin. Don't laugh.

As for me, I got the chance to see Miss Chase pissed of. Turns out that girl always wants the things in her way. I guess I'll have fun with that.

When we got out of the class with Nico, we made our way to PE. In the middle we found Leo and Frank. They were having PE with us. Therefore, as I have all of my friends in PE class, PE is the best class ever. It's also the only one that I don't have to exercise my brain because of the dyslexia thing and where I am one of the best students, which is a pretty rare situation. PE is one of the funniest class too because, me and my friends, are always doing something that puts the class laughing. I'll explain better.

While me and Jason are always competing with each other, Frank is doing pretty good in class but of course looking like a Chinese baby panda man, Leo is always falling to the ground and Nico is always fiding out some excuse to not do the class. Dam that boy is so pale!

Ok enough with descriptions. Even I was getting bored with it. Back to the story.

While we were running, Jason got to warn Frank about lunch and I got Leo.

When I got next to him he said, like always:

-Hey ma'man! What up?

-Hey Leo. Listen... um... just for the record some girls are going to have lunch with us today.

-Good. Who exactly? - he said. If you know Leo well enough you'll know that he was basically checking the names to see if any of them were hot. And if you also know him well enough you know that at every name he will do a comment.

- So I believe it is Piper McLean...

-Wow man! You got one of the hottest cheerleaders to have lunch with us? Good job man!

- Thank you I guess... Hazel Levesque...

- Oh quiet type. I like it!

-...Two other girls I don't know the name...

- Oh man! What a shame!

- ... And Annabeth Chase.

- Hold it right there man. Wasn't that the girl that you were starring at in the hallways this morning? - if I didn't blushed when he said that it was simple luck. But unfortunately my silence was noticed. - Holy Tacos! It is the girl from the hallways! Oh my dear burrito lord. Does the all mighty Percy Jackson have a crush?

- I don't. At least not me... - and then I  pointed at Jason who was behind us with Frank. Leo got curious and left the subject about he thinking that I had a crush. How could I. I only met her today!

After PE we had a couple more classes and then we got together and walked to the cafeteria where we were going to have lunch.

We got in our seats and started eating like hell. Specially Leo. What?! It was tacos day.

But unfortunately for us the girls got our eye. And unfortunately neither I or Leo noticed. They started walking in our direction and while Leo had already noticed and was now smiling with food in his mouth I was still eating like a hungry shark.

What made me stop was this sort of shadow above me. I looked at Jason asking if the girls were here with my eyes. Unluckily for me he nodded. My mouth was covered with sauce. But with all the proud I could find I looked up. And there she was looking straight to me with those intimidating grey eyes. She had an eyebrow raised.

And then with all the calm in the world she said:

- Are you gonna clean yourself or what?

I know I haven't been publishing much but it's manly because I got a rough term. Every week I basically got three tests and when all of it was over I even got more two at a national level. So I haven't been able to publish this chapter.
And also, I don't know why but, it's a bit more difficult to me to write Percy's chapters as you can see because this one is a little smaller than the others. And it's probably also because I relate myself more to Annabeth.
