A New Life

🌸Acantha's POV🌸
"Put Jared in a cell in the dungeon. Tomorrow, take him to the meeting room at 12:05pm sharp. I do not tolerate lateness!", I commanded. "Yes Luna." they replied and dragged Jared away. "One more thing!", they turned around, "Beat him 20 times." "Yes Luna.", the repeated and went off. Some reason, I heard Jared whimper, thanks to werewolf hearing.

I went to lunch and stuffed myself with mac&cheese. As well as Sprite. Yum!

I got up to my bedroom and went to have quick shower. After, I changed I into my crop top, leggings, black Adidas Superstars and my black silk choker. I tied my hair into a messy bun.

I was lazing on the king sized bed, playing with my phone when Blake came and lay down next to me. He turned in the TV in the room and watched a programme while playing with my hair. I grunt. He snort.

"Girl, you need to change your hairstyle!" Blake told me, "Oh my gods, I sound like a girly-girl..." That caused me to laugh. After my laughing fit, we went downstairs and invited Eddie, Heather, Derrick and Dianne to come join us to go spend the night at Dubai Mall. I texted Elina and Claire over from Midnight Pack so they could join us.

Me: Hey Claire, come join us to Dubai Mall for dessert.

Claire: But Elina and I are in charge of Midnight Pack. Also, our Gamma (Harry) is on half day work!

Me: It's ok, Claire. I'll send couple of people over , including Alaina so that yr Pack is under control.

Claire: Alright, alright. We're coming. Meet ya guys at Dubai Mall, P2

I switched off my phone and joined the group, waiting for my first reaction. "Well?" Dianne said. "Well..." I started," They agreed to come, so I've sent Alaina and I few others over. Also, their Gamma, Harry, is on a half day work." Everyone mouthed an 'o' shape, nodding they understood.

"Lets go, then!" Heather says.

The guys are in a Red Ferrari with Blake at the wheel, while us girls are in a open-Jeep, with me at the wheel. On the way, I turned the radio on and all of us were screaming along to Fight Song and then Stand By You by Rachel Platten. When all of us got there, I parked my car between Blake's and Claire's. Oh, and Claire's car was a Black Audi.

Elina was wearing an aviator's jacket and high-heel ankle boots which were jet black and a pair of black jeans. Claire had put on a black sundress with black flats. "Sheesh, I wish I liked boys so I don't have to deal or put up with screaming girls almost everyday..." Eddie complains. Heather sneaked up to him and smacked him on the back of his head, hard.

"Heather!"

She eyed him and raised an eyebrow.

Sigh. "Ok, sorry."

Heather nodded in approval. We all entered the mall and took the lift to Level 7. "Elina, where to?", Derrick asks. "I dunno. Why are you asking me?", she replied. "Welllll... because you usually know where to go and we all agree?" Derick says it more like a question. "Alright, let's see... what about Ladurée? They have delicious macarons there!" she suggests. "That sounds nice!", Dianne and Blake says in unison and everyone laughed.

After about 10-25 minutes, we reached Ladurée. Inside, we joined two tables to two other tables to make enough space for all of us to sit down. Elina, Claire, Blake and I went to choose our dessert for tonight. Elina shared chocolate, strawberry and vanilla macarons with her mother, while Blake and I shared chocolate, coffee and strawberry macarons. Once we returned, the rest chose what they wanted to eat.

Heather and Eddie ended up choosing an éclair to share. Derrick and Dianne decided to go with a chocolate mousse.

All eight of us shared two bottles of sparkling water. It was just scrumptious!

When we were done chatting and eating and drinking, all of us strolled a bit arid the mall. We decided to go to the Dubai Mall Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, so I paid for all eight tickets without them knowing. Elina and I high-fives each other. "Acantha, how... Never mind..." Eddie said dumbfounded. "Because she just did, Uncle Eddie!" Elina exclaimed while smirking.

We showed our tickets and Elina was practically pushing everyone in-front of her so they could hurry up. Blake and I helped her. Once or twice, I saw Derrick almost tripping over Dianne. And Dianne shooting him death glare then turning around again to admire the fish and animals.

After the Aquarium Drama, we bid goodbye to Claire and Elina, and set off towards home.

I kicked off my shoes and quickly changed into a grey tank top and PJ shorts. I settled into bed and fell asleep. I didn't know about Blake since I was asleep already.
