Again our parents left us alone. My parents usually don't let me go anywhere without them being in my presence but I guess since Draco was with me, they felt as if I was protected. When I entered Olivanders, I saw an old man. Surrounding the man was what it seemed, billions of wands. There was so many chances of the wands I would get, I was truly amazed. Draco went before me. He tried out multiple wands to see which one would choose him. He flicked his wand after trying out two other wands. Before me, there was a bright light that had shone on him and a gush of wind blew his almost white hair making it a mess. The wand had chosen Draco, it was a simple wand but sophisticated.
Finally it was my turn. I was a bit nervous to be completely honest. I wanted to get a wand I truly liked although the wand I get doesn't really matter to me. I walked up to the old man with the crazy , almost white hair. "Ah if it isn't a Ravenwood." said the man. I was a tad bit confused at the old man's tone of voice. Everything seemed a bit odd and awkward after that but I shook it off. He went to the back room and handed me a wand. It was a very simple wand. I flicked the wand but I ended up breaking a flower pot, almost hitting Draco's head. The old man shook his head and went upstairs to get another wand. The wand he chose was stunning. It was pearlescent and had swirls starting from the top, all the way up to mid of the wand. It's core was Dragon Heartstring. I flicked the wand and a gush of wind hit my face, my wand had chosen me. I looked at Draco and gave him a warm smile. He smiled back and we were off. We exited the shop and searched for our parents.
It was time to head back home. I was bummed out since I had such a great time with Draco. I was sad but I knew I was going to see him again when school starts. Before leaving I gave him a big hug. He hesitate hug me back at first but then he wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back. When he hugged me I felt this weird feeling in my stomach. I've never felt this feeling before and I felt nervous. I said bye to his parents and we both went our separate ways.
