Hey peeps! Hope you liked the last chapter! This will be the first night back at Hogwarts! It will start on September first in the morning, like normal for this. Anyways, on with the chapter!

(Hadrian's POV)
I feel something wet on my face before I wake up, but quickly realize what it is, or who it is.
"PADFOOT!!!!" I yell as I sit up in my bed, glaring at the dog. He has as much of a smug face as a dog can have. He quickly changes back to Sirius with a smirk. Draco runs in and looks between Sirius and I.
"You may want to run Uncle Sirius before he gets out of bed." Draco tells the man. He looks back at me and nods before dashing out of the room. I quickly stand up and start towards the door but Draco stops me.
"He woke you up cause it's the first of September! We need to get ready for Hogwarts!" He exclaims.
"Are you boys getting ready?" We hear Cissy call up the stairs.
"Yes!" We call back. Draco leaves my room to get ready. I quickly get dressed, using the robes I got for my birthday. I wave my hand and everything I need for school flies to my trunk before it closes shut and locks, flying into my hand, shrinking in the process. I head out to the entrance hall, seeing Sirius as I arrive.
"You should not have woken me up that way Sirius. I won't get my revenge right now, but I'll get it when you're least expecting me to." I say with a smirk. He has a little bit of fear in his eyes as he watches my wings slowly come out.
"Ok Hadrian, no need to scare him, again. He's gotten that enough in the last month." Uncle Luke tells me as he walks up with Cissy next to him. I sigh as my wings retract back to my back.
"Fine but he licked me awake today! It's not fair!" I exclaim, sounding like a little kid. Cissy gives me a stern look, warning me to stop my behavior. I look down at my feet for a second before hearing Draco rush down the stairs.
"I'm here, I'm ready." He says, panting. I snicker as he stands next to his father, trying to catch his breath. He glares at me quickly before we all get ready to do the normal side-apparition. I hate the feeling of getting pulled through thousands of tubes just to get to our destination. We land in the abandoned bathrooms and head outside to wait for the others. Sirius comes out of the bathroom that Uncle Luke and I came out of as Padfoot. Uncle Luke sees this and sighs.
"Padfoot, we told you to stay at home! I should have known you wouldn't listen though." Uncle Luke says. Padfoot barks as Draco and Cissy exit the bathroom.
"Padfoot! You were told to stay at the house!" Cissy scolds him. Padfoot looks down before we all start moving towards the platform. Cissy and Uncle Luke tells Draco and I to go on ahead. We run through the wall and end up seeing the large red Hogwarts Express train. We quickly walk to the side so that others can get through and wait for Cissy, Uncle Luke and Padfoot. As soon as they all come through, we quickly say our goodbyes as we have two minutes left. Cissy reminds me that Professor McGonagall will meet me at the platform to take me inside as I need to be "sorted". As soon as we finish, Draco and I head onto the train and try to find an empty compartment. As we're looking for one, we stumble across the one with Uncle Moony in it, asleep. We quickly open the door and shut it, closing the curtains as well. I lock it before gently shaking him awake.
"Uncle Moony, wake up! Wake up Uncle Moony!" I say softly, trying not to startle him awake. I realize that it's not working and motion for Draco to stand back. I wave my hand over his feet, causing a ticklish spell to start and standing back. The man starts to flail before waking up. I stop the spell as he looks up at us.
"Why did you do that Hadrian?" He asks sternly, almost as sternly as McGonagall.
"How do you know it was me?" I ask in return. He just looks at me.
"Hadrian, Draco here looks to scared and he was too far back, as if you were protecting him from my flailing. Also, I wasn't actually asleep, I was waiting for you two to come find me. I put up a spell so that everyone else saw a full compartment of students. I just closed my eyes for a few minutes and wanted to make you think I was asleep. Also, Hadrian, did you do wandless magic? I don't see you wand anywhere." He tells us and asks me. I nod.
"Yep! It came with my inheritance as well as wordless magic. I know that you can learn how to do nonverbal spells but it's extremely hard for most people." I explain to him as Draco and I sit down, a little closer than normal friends do, but I didn't really think about it.
"Well, certain people at the school, if they find this out, will want you for themselves, or your magic at least. Just a little piece of advice, stay away from Albus Dumbledore. I trusted him when I was younger and that was a horrible mistake. Because of him, Sirius didn't get a trial before he went to Azkaban and was wrongfully accused of selling James and Lily to your father when Dumbledore actually killed them. So stay away from him as much as possible. With the wandless magic, I would do that in the presence of the only people that know right now, which I'm guessing is everyone at the Manor and the three of us, correct?" He asks me finally. I nod, both in response and in agreement to what he said. As he was talking, the train started moving towards Hogwarts. We all just talked about random things as the train moved across the Scottish countryside. The trolley soon comes by, and we each by a few things. I start enjoying a Pumpkin Pastry as the air starts to get colder and the train starts to slow down, the lights going out. I can see Draco shivering. The only one of us that's not noticeably affected is Uncle Moony, who looks either concerned or scared, or maybe both. He also has his wand out with the tip lit with the Lumos spell. He moves towards the door before a cloaked figure that towers to the ceiling opens the door and looks in, as much as you can tell anyways. It's face is completely hidden beneath it's hood. My eyes dart downward, trying to see everything, and what I do see makes my stomach churn. A skeleton-like hand coming out of the sleeve, it looks kind of grey and it's glistening. As if it can tell that my gaze is on it, the figure looks towards me. Uncle Moony steps in front of it.
"None of us is hiding Sirius Black under our cloaks. Go." He tells the figure. When it doesn't leave, Uncle Moony wispers something under his breath and a silvery string shoots out of his wand. As it leaves, I feel less like I'm going to die.
"Uncle Moony, what was that?" I ask as Draco is still next to me, shivering. I scoot closer to him and wrap my arm around his shoulders, trying to warm him up.
"That was a Dementor from Azkaban looking for Padfoot." He tells us.
"What did you do to make it leave?" I ask him. He sighs as he stands up and grabs some chocolate from his bag. He breaks it up and hands some to me and some to Draco. I take a bite and feel much better.
"That was a small Patronus charm. They fend off Dementors but only if you have the concentration to hold it. It's considered a 'light' spell, as in Dumbledore's side of the 'war' but it is very useful." He tells us as the train starts moving again and the lights come back on. Draco has yet to eat the chocolate Uncle Moony gave him, and he sees this.
"Draco, I didn't poison the chocolate. How many time have I given you chocolate in the past?" It's that question that gets Draco to start eating it. He slowly stops shaking.
"I'm going to go talk to the driver, while I'm gone, you two might want to change into your robes." He tells us as he stands up. We nod as he leaves, closing the door behind him. I shut the curtain for a little more privacy.
"Are you doing ok Drake?" I ask him. He slowly nods before standing up to grab his trunk.
"Yeah, it just felt like I would never be happy again and I guess it just got to me. I'm better now but Uncle Moony is right, we need to change. Also, don't forget to-" he gets cut of by me.
"-meet McGonagall on the platform at the school so I can get "sorted". Yes I know, your mum told me before we got on the train." I tell him. He nods and goes back to finding his robes in his messy trunk.
"How do you find anything in there?" I ask him. Everything looks like it was just thrown in at the last second, which it probably was.
"No idea." He tells me. I wave my hand over it and the entire trunk becomes organized with his school robes on top, next to all of his textbooks. He smiles sheepishly at me.
"Thanks Hadrian. You know, you need a nickname. You gave me one, but I've never been able to figure one out for you. With your new name, it's a little easier. Let me think about it and by the end of Sunday I'll have one." He tells me. I chuckle and shake my head as I get my school robes out that I got for my birthday. After we finish, Uncle Moony comes back.
"Feel better boys?" He asks us. We both nod and feel the train slowing down for the second time this evening, although, this time it's for the right reason. We've finally reached Hogwarts. I grab my trunk, excited to finally be back at my home away from home. I rush out and see McGonagall standing somewhat in the shadows, waiting for me. I tell Draco that I'll see him at the table and run through the crowds towards her.
"Good evening Professor McGonagall." I greet her as I come to a stop.
"Good evening Hadrian. Let's walk to a carriage. I wish we didn't have to do this whole sorting thing with you. We all know what house you're going to be in. But the board requires that all new students get sorted. You will go after the first years and while they are getting sorted, as I am needed in the front for that, you will stand next to Professor Snape. Now, with the scar, as it is still very visible, would you like for me to put a glamour on it so that people don't freak out?" She asks me as we walk past the Great Hall and into a passageway that I've never seen before.
"Yes please, that would be so helpful. I don't want the public to know who I am, or was, just yet." I say as we near a door in a large room. As soon as I finish saying this, she stops us and does a simple glamour charm for now.
"Now, go out there and stand next to Severus as we get the first years sorted." She says before we walk through the door into the Great Hall. Thankfully Uncle Sev is right by the door. I silently walk up next to him and stand there.
"Hello Hadrian. How are you this evening?" He asks me.
"Hello Uncle Sev. I'm doing just as well as you can after a Dementor interupts the train ride. How are you?" I ask in return.
"Well, when I heard about it, I was terrified that something had happened to you two. I was also laughing because I heard Weasley fainted on the train." He tells me.
"Really? Oh this is going to be fun. You won't mind if I...not bully, but annoy him?" I ask him, struggling to find the right word. He shakes his head. I smirk. McGonagall leads the first years into the Great Hall. It goes by relatively quickly before McGonagall starts speaking again.
"Now, before we start the feast, we do have a new student who was homeschooled. He is a third year but he does need to be sorted. Hadrian Riddle, please come up here." She tells the entire school before addressing me. I walk to the stool and sit down. I feel the hat on my head.
Ahh, Mr. Riddle! About time you came to us in your rightful name. I know exactly where to put you where your father would be proud. The hat speaks in my head before screaming out one of the houses.
"SLYTHERIN!" The hat shouts. I jump off the stool as soon as the hat is off my head and practically run over to Draco, smirking. I notice Weasley sitting with his back to us. I nudge Draco as I tell him what Uncle Sev told me. I looks over at Weasley and leans off the seat slightly.
"Pst, Weasley, is it true that you fainted on the train?" He asks as I do an exaggerated faint, landing in Draco's arms before sitting up, trying to hide my blush.
"Shove off Malfoy." Dean Thomas, a third year Gryffindor, says. All of the Slytherins laugh as they turn away. After dinner, we head to the common room before one of the boys in my year tells me something of interest.
"Hey Riddle, I want to show you and Malfoy something. Follow me." He says. I look next to me at Draco before standing up and following the boy. He leads the two of us to a door that I've never seen in the dorms. The plague on the door says "Slytherin Heir". I look at Draco and then back at the door.
"I tried opening it but the knob burned my hand. I know that the Riddle's were a descendant of Salazar Slytherin himself so I thought maybe it belonged to you." The boy told me. I grab the knob and turn it, opening the door. Inside is a large room. A large green sofa and a few green chairs are in the middle surrounding a fireplace. Behind the sofa is a King size bed made of Muninga Cherrywood with green sheets. On the opposite wall from the door there is a desk made of Muninga Cherrywood, the shelves filled with books. Next to the bed is a cupboard of potions and potion ingredients. In between that and the desk is a smaller cupboard with my broom leaning against it. On the other side of my bed, closer to the door, is a wardrobe made of Muninga Cherrywood, my trunk next to it. Sitting on the table in front of the fireplace is Corusel's cage.
"This is amazing!" Draco breaths out. I nod in agreement before walking inside. On the walls are some banners for the house. Everything is lit up with candles, just like the rest of the school. (Below is the picture I'm basing the room off).I look back at Draco, noticing that he's not coming into the room.
"What are you waiting for Drake?" I ask him. I wave my hand, motioning him to come into the room. He slowly walks in and takes in the surroundings. As soon as he walks through the door, I wave my hand, closing and locking the door. He looks back at it before looking at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't want anyone else in here." I tell him with a smirk. He nods before looking around once more. I look at him once again and notice the small sparkle in his eyes. I softly smile to myself. As he's looking around, he sees me staring at him.
"Why are you staring at me?" He asks me. I quickly look away, blushing. He walks towards me and stops right in front of me. He puts two fingers under my chin and makes me look up at him. He looks straight into my eyes, searching for something again. My eyes quickly look down to his lips before looking back at his beautiful grey eyes. As soon as I look back into his eyes, he looks down at my lips as we continue to get closer, if that's even possible. He looks up as I bite my lip. He starts to lean in but I move away.
"I can't do this Drake, I have a mate, maybe two. It's just not right." I mumble. He turns my head towards him again.
"It'll be alright Hades. I promise." He whispers to me.
"Where did you come up with that name?" I mutter as we both unconsciously lean forward.
"No idea, just came to me." He breathes. I softly chuckle.
"I like it." I mumble right before our lips connect. His lips are so soft, almost like silk. Our lips seem to move on their own in sync. I move my arms up around his neck as he moves his arms around my waist, pulling me closer. After we part to get some air, I lay my forehead on his.
"I hope you're my only mate." I breath out, trying to catch my breath.
"I hope so too. I don't want to share you with anyone." He murmurs. I softly chuckle as we pull away from each other.
"I'm glad this happened. I've always felt connected to you. Maybe you are one of my mates." I tell him. He smiles back at me, making me want to kiss him even more. I pull him closer and lay my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes and enjoying the embrace.
"Can you carry me to the bed?" I quietly ask in his ear. He picks me up bridal style, carrying me to the bed as I'm too lazy to walk. As he puts me down, I hang onto him tighter.
"Stay with me tonight, please?" I ask him. I feel his chest move as he softly laughs and lays down with me.
"Can't we at least change?" He asks me. I raise my hand a little and both us have on silk pajamas. I close my eyes again and snuggle into his chest, loving the warmth. He sighs and gets comfortable. Soon, both of us are asleep.
