Amber, Josh, and I are walking out of school when I see Paul leaning against his truck. Oh, Josh is Amber's two year long boyfriend. "Amber, I don't need a ride. Paul's here." I say. "Alright. See ya." She says. "Bye, guys." I say, walking over to Paul. "Hey." I say. "Hey, beautiful." He says, hugging me and pecking me on the lips. "I'm happy your here but why are you here?" I ask. "Because we're going somewhere. And you aren't going to know until we're there." He says. I run to my door and get in, he gets in, and we go to wherever.

We arrive at LaPush beach and get out. "Come on." He says, walking down the beach. "What's this about?" I ask. "Do you know the Quileute legends?" He asks. "Yeah, Harry always told me them when I would stay at their house." I say. "Did you know that they're true?" He asks. "What?" I ask. "They're true. The legends. Being descendants of wolves, imprints, the cold ones, everyone of them is true." He says. "How do you know?" I ask him. "Because I'm one of the protectors." He says. "I believe you." I say.
