I learned about Suga but not a lot. He met my mom for the first time and I could tell that she liked him. I'm pretty sure he's gonna be coming over here often because my mom told him that he could come over anytime and that he was welcomed anytime. I was sitting in the living room when I forgot to text jungkook. I rushed upstairs to my room and got my art book. I put his number in my contacts as Kookie🐶. I decided it was best to FaceTime him.

Jungkook

I was at home drawing when my phone started ringing. I really didn't pay attention to my phone until my dad came into the room. My dad came over to me and looked at my phone. He said " Who's Brooke? Is she a girlfriend that I don't know about? " I grabbed my phone and shoved it into pocket. I was embarrassed by what my dad said. I said " It's a girl that I met at school today. I like her. I'm pretty sure that she likes me too. I don't know what to say to her about the way I feel. " My dad said " Just be yourself Jungkook. You should invite her over for dinner tomorrow. I would like to meet her."

My phone was ringing once again. I think my dad got the hint and he left the room. Brooke was facetiming me. I answered it and said " Hey Brooke. " She smiled and said " Hi Jungkook. Where you busy doing something? I can call you back later if you're busy. " I said " Nope I'm not busy at all. I was drawing. I didn't pay any attention to my phone. I'm sorry. " Brooke said " It's fine. " We were silent and then my dad started to make a lot of noise while in the living room. I know he wasn't doing anything he was just trying to make me ask Brooke the question.

I said " Uh Brooke... Are you busy tomorrow after school? " She said " No. Why? " I said " I was wondering if you could come over to my house for dinner. " She left for a minute and came back. Brooke said " I asked my mom and she said that I could come over. What time do you want me to come over? " My dad came into the room. I said " Dad what time should Brooke come over for dinner? " My dad said " Around 9:30. It's nice to meet you Brooke. I'm glad that my son is friends with you. I hope you guys stay friends for a very long time. " She smiled and said " I'm glad that I'm finally meeting you too. I think that I'm gonna be friends with Jungkook for a long time. It was nice meeting you but I have to go. I'll see you guys tomorrow. Bye have a nice day! " My dad said " You too Brooke. "

I ended the call. My dad was sitting there with a smile on his face. I said " What. I asked her didn't I? " He said " I'm just so happy for you. Pretty soon she's gonna be your girlfriend I know it. Brooke seems like a nice girl. She's a keeper. Trust me. " He walked away into the living room. I went back to work on my drawing.

I hope nothing bad happens. Maybe everything my dad said is true. I need to start showing Brooke my true self. Hopefully she'll accept me for the way I am. Tomorrow is gonna be a good or bad day. It has to be a good day.
