A Month Later

Selena:

Right now I'm at Dalvin house laying in his bed. Dalvin himself is in the living room with his friends. I know they are talking about me. It's really annoying how he boasts about our sex life when we only did it one time. Who does that

"Man all I'm saying is Selena knows how get down.", I hear Dalvin say as I roll my eyes and then I see DeVante come in the room

"Hey Selena.", DeVante said sitting next to me

"Hey De.", I sigh

"I see the baby is fine, did the doctor give you any update on the baby.", DeVante ask

"All he said that the baby was growing normal and that the baby birthday will be on August 1.", I smile

"Great, you look annoyed.", DeVante says

"I am.", I sigh as he looks at me

"Look I love my brother and all. But you need a man Dalvin and you might be the same age but he haven't matured. I still don't why you won't give me a chance  when we can be a family.", DeVante starts

"Stop please.", I smile cause he is telling the truth

"Just saying.", DeVante smile

DeVante:

I love seeing her smile and I love making her smile. What Selena don't know I've been working on Jodeci third album. We haven't came up with the title. But there's one song I've been doing that's specifically about her.

"Yo look Selena, I'm a be downstairs if you need me.", I say

"Ok.", Selena smile as I walk down stairs and I see Dalvin chilling with his friends

"Yo Dal.", I say

"Wassup De.", Dalvin ask

"I'm out.", I say

"Ight.", Dalvin says as I leave

1:00 a.m.

Selena:

My relationship with Dalvin is going down hill. Me and him argue constantly. I don't even like arguing with him cause I love him so much. Plus I think he hiding something from me.

"Dalvin it's 1 in the morning and you smell like you've been drinking.", I scoff

"Baby chill.", Dalvin slurred

"Ugh you make me sick.", I scoff as I help him to the couch there's no way he's sleeping in the bed with me like this

"Baby.", Dalvin whined

"Goodnight Dalvin.", I say and I really start thinking

Later on

Dalvin:

I woke up on the couch. My head hurts like hell. So I get up and go the bathroom medicine cabinet and take an aspirin. Then I see Selena she looks like she's on the phone. She looks pissed off

"Good morning baby.", I say as I kiss her but she doesn't return the kiss at all

Selena:

I'm on the phone with someone Dalvin should know. A girl I don't want Dalvin around. She's even dropped some interesting facts. As I hang up the phone I look at Dalvin.

"What's wrong baby.", Dalvin asks

"So how's Tionne.", I ask

"What?", Dalvin say

"How's Tionne and the baby girl doing.", I ask

"Selena.", Dalvin says in shock

"Dalvin I could've saw if you and Tionne wasn't together but you have a whole family I didn't know about.", I scoff

"Baby I'm sorry.", Dalvin says

"It's fine cause we're through away.", I say and the worst part is I'm not mad he has a baby with her I'm mad cause he have a whole family that he needs to be with

"What no baby what about our baby boy that's on way.", Dalvin asks

"MY baby boy will be fine.", I say as I got my clothes

"OUR.", Dalvin says trying to correct me

"Here's the thing the baby isn't yours anyway.", I say showing no emotion like I should

"What? What you mean. Whose baby is it.", Dalvin says as I see anger come in his eyes as I walk downstairs

"DeVante.", I say as I get in my car

Dalvin:

What the fuck. The baby is DeVante. Man I want answers. How the hell could he do that too me. I'm sure he manipulated her. Man I'm so pissed off I legit started throwing things around.

"Fuck DeVante, that's my baby.", I yell as I throw shit around

Selena:

Since I'm in North Carolina. I decided to go to the one place I can go for the moment. DeVante's

"Hey Selena.", DeVante said as he open the door

"Hey um can I come in.", I ask as I look down cause truthfully I didn't mean to drop the bomb but on him like that

"Yeah what's wrong.", DeVante ask

"Dalvin and I broke up.", I nod

"Did he hurt you.", DeVante ask

"No I just found out he has a daughter with Tionne and I told him the baby wasn't his and that it was yours.", I say as DeVante smile

DeVante:

I know I shouldn't be smiling. But I'm glad he knows that, that's my seed in her stomach and not his. The only thing I could do was hug Selena.

"DeVante did you know about his daughter?",Selena ask

"Actually I didn't.", I say as I can tell she had a night

"Thank DeVante again.", Selena smiled

"No problem.", I smile as I had her to get comfortable in my bed and she drifted to sleep.
