Chapter 2

Rocky POV

When we were both done eating, he said goodbye and we walked in the opposite direction. After a second of walking, I looked back, but he just kept walking. I looked back in front of me and headed to my room.

Vernon POV

I walked away from Rocky, and when I did, I instantly looked back, but she just kept on walking. I went to my room that I shared with all my Hyungs.

When I got there, everyone was awake but my dad, so I jumped on him. He woke up and got ready for the day like the rest of us.
My family went down to get something to eat, but because I already ate, I went outside into the grass, under a tree, on my back, and played around on my phone.
About ten minutes later, I heard someone calling my name. I looked up and spotted Vernon coming my way. It's been only 3 hours since I saw him last.
"Hi!" I greeted as I sat up straight.
"Hi!" He responded.
"What are you doing?" I asked him.
"I was getting back from the store." He informed me. "What about you?"
"My parents are eating." I said.
"Oh." He paused than said, "I had fun... you know... this morning at breakfast." I nodded my head and smiled, hoping he was going to say something else. "Do you want to do it again? Maybe, tomorrow?" He asked me. I started to blush.
"Ya." I said trying to hold my big smile back.
"What about I take you to, pizza?" He suggested. I thought for a second.
"How about, I bring two friends, and you bring two friends, and we can have a triple date thing?" I looked at him with my head tilted to the side and my hands in my lap.
He grabbed my hand and said, "Whatever you want." I smiled at him, and he smiled at me. I realized our faces got closer and closer, so I backed away a little.
"It's kinda soon..." I explained.
He nodded. "I get it." He gave me a sweet smile and pulled his hand away from mine.
"Nooo" I insisted as I put his hand in mine again. He gave a little laugh.
We sat and talked for about thirty minutes before I had to leave. I got up and so did he.
"Sooo," I started, we can meet at the cafeteria tomorrow at?" I suggested.
"Sure! And bring your two friends! I'll meet you there at 5:30."
"Ok. Bye." I said still facing him. He was still facing me. I was lost in his eyes, I never wanted to look away. He stares right through me. I took a step records him, and he took a step toward me. I put my hand on his arm, and he cupped my face. I closed my eyes and I felt my lips touch something, but it wasn't his lips. I suddenly opened my eyes and looked at what my lips touched. It was Vernon's pointer finger. I looked at him.
"Tomorrow." That is all he said.
"Jinja?!!?" I asked. I sighed as he nodded his head. "That's too long." I complained. He giggled and gave me a peck on my cheek. I pouted at the thought of waiting. I was never really good with patients.
"You barely even know me! Just wait until tomorrow!" He have me a sweet smile before he turned around and walked away.

FF next day

My family and I got up and headed down for breakfast. I still haven't talked to my parents, or Eliza and Taylor about tonight. I'll ask my dad after breakfast, and I was hoping to see my friends this morning.

I was sitting and i liked to my right and spotted Taylor and Eliza walking my way. I got up and rushed over to them. "Hi!" I greeted them.

"What's up?" Eliza asked. I looked at them with a nervous smile, what their reactions will be when I tell them my news. "Are you ok?" she asked me with concern.

"Ya!" I convinced them. "I have a surprise for you guys, but you have to promise you wont get mad." they looked at each other, then at me and nodded her head. "I made another friend," I paused so I could tease them with my big news. They looked sad, almost like they felt they were being replaced. "NO NO NO!!! It's a guy friend!!!" I tried to calm them down. It seemed to work. "Ok, he asked me on a date." I paused again. They had a smile on their faces. "I told him I would go if, I could bring friends, and he would bring friends, and we could have a triple date thing...." I looked at them with a pleading face. They looked at each other and whispered in each others ear. I was hoping they would say yes.
They looked at me to see my expression. "Uh.. YA!!" Taylor said. They both agreed.
"Ok good!! I was kind of worried for a second."
"When is it?" Eliza asked me.
"Tonight. We are going to meet here at 5:30." I looked at them with excitement. They nodded and told me they would meet me here at 5:30. We said good bye and they went back to their own rooms to get ready. I walked over to my dad to ask him for permission.
"With who?" He asked.
"Taylor, Eliza, and a few other friends I meet yesterday." I replied to his question. He nodded and agreed to let me go. I said thank you and hugged him. I finished my food and walked upstairs. By the time I got into my room, it was 1:30. Man, we had a late breakfast! It was basically lunch. I thought to myself.
About 3 and a half hours later, I heard a knock on my door. I walked over and opened it, revealing Taylor and Eliza in beautiful dresses. Eliza had a pink one, and Taylor and a black and white one.
"You guys look so pretty!!" I complemented. They smiled at me as they were still standing I the hall way. "Oh! Come in." I said.
"You were supposed to meet me in the cafeteria at 5:30!" I said wondering why they are here already.
"We wanted to walk down with you." Taylor said.
"Ok!" I said. "Let me get dressed real quick." I went into the bathroom and changed into a casual blue dress, that went half way down my calves. There was blue spots of sparkles that decorated the plain areas. On the back there was a floral design that was see through. My hair was slightly curled.
I came came out of the bathroom, and my friends were waiting there for me. They complemented my dress, and we waited for the time to leave.
We got down stairs and I spotted Vernon. I hurried over to him so I could introduce him to my friends.
"Wow." He said as I links's arms with him, "You look beautiful." He complemented me.
"Thank you." I looked at my friends. "Vernon, this is Taylor," I pointed to Taylor, "and this is Eliza." I pointed to Eliza. He said hello.
"This is S. Coups, and Hoshi." He pointed to each one as he said their names. I said hello. I tugged Vernon's arm, trying to get him over to the side.
"Wait here." I told the others."
"What? Did I do something wrong?" He asked worried he messed up.
"No no! I just wanted to know who is going on a date with who!"
"Oh! Well, S. Coups is more of a leader, and Hoshi is kind of quiet around new people." He told me a little bit about each friend he brought over.
"Ok. I know exactly how it is going to go... I think." We walked back over to the others, "Ok. So, Hoshi will be with Eliza, and S. Coups with Taylor!" We all stood by our dates and left.
