The Unknown Kuran Sister

Chapter Three

-Third p.o.v-

Kaname stared at his sister's sickly pale complexion in worry and resentment. His gazed was burning through his sister's cold body. 'Why didn't you tell me about your illness? We could have prevented it and I wouldn't be stuck here tending to and instead spend time with Yuki', Kaname's thought's were poisoned wth spite. "Ahem," the nurse interrupted Kaname's thoughts, "Mr. Kuran, you may leave now. You're sister is in safe hands, don't worry yourself with her well being. She'll get better under our care". And with that, the nurse shooed him out of the room. 'Yuki must be worried about me right now, I was supposed to meet up with her' thought Kaname rushing out of the hospital to his awaiting lover.

-Katsumi's p.o.v-

My body was in fire and my limbs were limp. The pain was unbearable, I tried screaming for help but was throats was coarse, unable to make a single noise. A dark shadow was approaching, it was getting closer and closer yet its features were indistinguishable other then it's mismatched eyes. "The dark hour had come, no one is safe" smirked the creature. My eyes shot open in panic, I looked around my limbs still paralyzed. The ceiling is as white and all I heard was my unstable heartbeat ringing continuously through my head. "Docter! The patient is awake!" shouted a distant voice. The doors to the hospital room was thrown open revealing an old man dressed in a white lab coat and a young women in her early thirties in a nurse outfit. "What is going on? Why am I here? How did I get here?" questioned Katsumi in dismay and clear confusion. "I know you may be in shock right now but a young man had brought you in, staying you had passed out from a violent coughing fit. I am your doctor,
Dr. Akiyama and this is your personal nurse Miyori, You're stay may be a little longer than intended with your health. We still have to run a few more tests to ensure your health. Tomorrow you will have blood drawn and tested, other then that you may rest, your meal will come in whenever you want. A button next to your bed just in case you want anything" informed Dr. Akiyama taking his leave right after. 'Those tests are useless, I'm just going to hear what I already know' sighed Katsumi in annoyance. "Excuse me Nurse Miyori" "Yes sweetheart?" Replied the kind lady. "May I ask where is the man who had brought me in?" Katsumi asked knowing it was no use, she already knew he was spending time with Yuki. "I shooed him out of the room, he didn't resist much, more like he was in a hurry so I reassured him that you were in great hands"  replied nurse Miyori a comforting smile. All I could do in return was  give the nurse a meek smile. "Well then, if  you don't need anything else I shall take my leave. Press that button if you need me, alright?" Miyori took her leave not even waiting for a response. Bitter tears of sorrow graced my cheeks. 'What should I expect? I'm nothing compared to Yuki, Kaname had made his choice and now it's time I made mine. I have had my heart broken so many times by him yet my love for him was undying, maybe in another life, I'll be able to love him but my hearts needs a break' I closed my eyes once more, welcoming the darkness that consumed me.
