When I tell you getting all your bones reset hurts, IT HURTS!! But I managed with minimal damage of Caleb's hand....ok I broke his hand....shattered it. Oops! Anyways, the same day, my parents brought me home. I just walk in when I run into a wall that didn't used to be there. Dang where'd the wall come from!! Why is it right in front of the door?

My wolf suddenly surfaces, smelling a familiar scent. My eyes glow red and My eyes sight explodes in colors. Everything is burry so I blink repeatedly. I look up and I am met by beautiful chocolate eyes.

those unmistakable eyes that I know.

"Noah?" I breathe out quietly.

I look up into his eyes and he smiles widely. Before I can figure out what's happening, Noah wraps his arms around me tightly, lifting me off the ground and spinning me. I yelp and watch the world spin.

"Amberley! I thought I'd never see you again! I'm so sorry Amberley! I should've fought...or ran faster or..." I shush him by wrapping my arms around his neck, clinging to him for dear life.

I've missed my baby brother so much!

Though I have to look up at him, he will always be my baby brother. He sighs and holds me tighter. I breathe in his scent and my muscles relax from his touch. But all too soon, my wolf retreats and I'm left in the darkness.

I rip away from him, a little pissed off that my wolf did that to me. I suddenly hear a low growl that shakes the floor, making me step back. Fear shoots through my body, making me jump back and whimper. Where did that sound come from?? Was is someone who's mad at me? Am I going to get yelled at or hit??

I wrap my arms around myself and look down at the floor in submission. Please don't hit me wherever you are. I hear it grow louder and I start to cry, knowing that I'm going to get a beating.

"Who did this?!" Noah bellows.

I flinch and step back again, trying to get away from my very angry brother. I hear his step toward me and I feel him grab my chin roughly. I whimper but don't dare try to get away. I know better than that.

"WHO DID THIS, AMBERLEY?!!?!" He yells in my face, not taking notice of me crying in fear.

I hear quick footsteps coming over and I feel soft hands on my shoulders. Noah's hand is pried off of me and I feel the soft hands pull me into my mother's body. I cry into her shoulder and breathe in her scent, trying to calm myself.

"Noah! What is wrong with you!? How could you grab her like that?!" Mom exasperated.

I hear more footsteps and I feel the powerful presence of my father in front of me. Dad growls and steps forward.

"MY OFFICE NOW!" Dad snarls at Noah.

Noah growls but then starts walking inside along with dad. Mom brings me inside and sits me at the kitchen table I believe.

"I'm so sorry sweetie. I don't know what's gotten into him..." mom says tiredly.

I shake my head and give a weak smile. Mom sits beside me and grabs my hand comfortingly. I sigh and let my head droop slightly.

"N-No it's m-my fault. I made him m-mad." I stutter.

Mom squeezes my hand and I look up to where she is.

"None of this is your fault sweetie. None of it, and never think otherwise." Mom says sternly.

I sniffle and nod my head slowly. I then hear quick footsteps behind me then a child's squeal. My wolf hears this and quickly surfaces once more. Stupid wolf... I turn my head to see jasper happily running toward me. His hair has now grown a little longer and he's put on some weight. The light is finally come back into his eyes as he smiles at me. His dimples I just notice on each side of his cheeks deepen as he laughs and runs into my legs, almost making me topple over. I laugh as he giggles and clings to me.
