First date

i'm the worst when it comes to updating and also it's 12 am so pls bear with me.

Your pov.
I've been waiting for this day since he asked me. Today is the day I finally go on my date with Josh. I picked out the perfect dress and i'm ready. How do i deserve this?

Before I got out of my thoughts the doorbell rang.

"Hey y/n." Josh said with a huge smile while looking at you up and down. "Oh my. uhm.  y/n you look stunning." he says while blushing.

"Thank you, Josh." I say while looking at the floor trying to hide how much i'm blushing. "You look great yourself."

Josh took me to his car. He opened the door for me and drove us to the place. We were going to a very nice bar with some dancing but strangely not too many drunks. It was my first time at a bar surprisingly so I didn't know what to expect. (actually i have been to a bar but it was when i was five and i shared a shirley temple with my "boyfriend"). We didn't say anything in the car mainly because we were so nervous. But before i knew it we were there. The atmosphere was incredible and i had no idea why Josh would take me there. We had just gotten to our table and i was already impressed.

"Here you go, m'lady." He said while pulling out the chair for me.

"Thank you love." I said.

I was lost in my thought while staring at Josh. Damn he looked amazing. His suit fit him so well and his hair looked great. I quickly snapped out of it while the waitress gave us our food.

"So what'll you be doing later?" Josh asked. (😉)
"Ahh nothing much. Probably just sitting on my couch and watching youtube." I said.

"Are you sure? Because you're a great girl and i wanted to know if you wanted to spend the night at my place?"

I was a blushing mess. I didn't know what to expect. I mean it definitely wasn't going to be too much because this was only our first date.
"Sure! Sounds great."

We had just gotten to Josh's house and i had nothing to wear.

"Josh, um, I don't have anything to wear tonight." i explained nervously.

"Aw don't worry. i'll get you something." Josh said while getting me an oversized shirt and sweatpants. i went to the bathroom and put them on. What was he going to think? This is our first date and i'm already sleeping over at his. I came out of the bathroom and walked over to Josh on the couch.

"You look adorable y:n." He said.

"Thank you Josh." I said giggling.

We spent the whole rest of the night cuddling and watching television until eventually i fell asleep in his arms. Josh made me fell safe. Safer than home mainly because i live across the street from terrifying apartments (i actually do irl :((). That was one of the best nights of my life
