Thump
Thump
Thump
Those sounds haunted me for some hours
Thump
Thump
Thump
Run. Was all I had been doing for those hours
Thump
Thump
Thump
Forests had gone and came time after time
Thump
Thump
Thump
Trying to find safe haven in the middle of nowhere
Thump
Thump
Thump
I don't know what and who was chasing me
Thump
Thump
All of sudden the sound's faltering in the distance
Thump
Thump
Forest's opening
Unveiled itself
Thump
Dim light. Growing brighter as I ran
Warm breeze suddenly became my company
The scenery spun slowly
Thump
I made the sound
As I fell to the ground
Felt everything but tiredness and thirst
My hearing skill slowly fading
Sound of footsteps fulfill my ears
I didn't know if it's true or not nor I wanted to know
I wanted to leave this world
Blurry sighted
Finally, with my breath being held inside
Exhaustion took over me
