Together again

Chapter 1

Kaitlyn's POV:

Vince wanted to see me in his office today, but I didn't know why, he didn't tell me.

I walked down the hallway and saw Dolph, my on screen boyfriend. I walked up to him and hugged him.

"Hey Kait." He said and smiled at me.

I have to admit, Dolph is really hot, and even though he's my on screen boyfriend, I think I'm starting to get feelings for him.

"Hey." I said and smiled back at him.

"What's up?" He asked me.

"Nothing. I have to go talk to Vince in a little bit. What about you?"

"Nothing. I was actually going to ask you something."

"Yeah?"

"After Smackdown tonight, do you want to go out?" He asked.

"Sure." I said and smiled. He smiled back.

"Great. I'll text you."

"Okay, well I've gotta go."

"Okay, see you tonight." He said and kissed my cheek. I blushed and walked away.

I walked up to where Vince's office was and knocked on the door.

"Come in." Vince said with his raspy old voice.

I opened the door and stepped in. When I walked in my heart stopped. There was the three men in black. The Shield setting in chairs infront of Vince's desk.

Roman, who was very charming and sweet. Dean, who was a flirt, with a big ego. And Seth.. Seth.. The man who once had my heart, then broke it into a million pieces.

I walked passed them and sat down in the chair next to Dean. He looked at me and gave me a smirk. I ignored him, which caused him to put his arm around my shoulder.

"Hi Kaitlyn. How are you?" Vince asked me.

"Fine thanks." I said and pushed Dean's arm off me.

"Okay, you all are probably wondering what you all are doing in here together. I'm going to tell you, me and the WWE creative team have decided it would be a good idea if we added a fourth member into The Shiled. A diva, and Kaitlyn, that diva will be you." He said.

I was in shock, but glad at the same time. I was glad I was going to be with the most dominate force in WWE, and have more tv time, but I wasn't glad about being around Seth so much.

I forced a smile on my face.

"Thank you." I said. He smiled back at me.

"Don't worry babe, we'll take good care of yah." Dean spoke and put his arm around me giving me a squeeze.

We stood up and walked out of Vince's office. I started to walk back to where I was talking to Dolph when I felt a hand gently touch my arm.

"Kaitlyn." A voice said. I could tell that voice apart from anyone, it was Seth. I closed my eyes and inhaled. I turned around and looked at him.

"Guess we're going to be working together huh?" He said.

"I guess." I said.

Seth's POV:

"Hey.. I just wanted to say I'm sorry. You know.. About our past.. I-"

"Seth.. I've heard it before. You apologized to me before. Okay.. I told you forgive and forget.. Why can't you do the same?" She asked me.

"Because I can't Kaitlyn. I can't stop thinking about you. I loved you so much. What I did was wrong. I mean I see you walking down the hallways, and I just can't stop thinking about you the rest of the day. I wish I could just have you in my arms again.. I love you Kait.. I still do." I said and looked down into her eyes.

"I had to get that off my chest. I know you probably don't feel the same way anymore, and after what I did I don't blame you. But if we're going to be working together, I just want us to start off right." I said. She didn't say anything she just looked away from me.

This was the first time we talked in months. I cheated on her with her bestfriend Aj. I regret what I did. I truly loved Kaitlyn and wanted to be with her. But after that.. I don't think she will ever feel the same.

"I guess I'll talk to you later." I said. I turned to walk away before Kaitlyn gently grabbed my arm. I turned around, she got on her tippy toes and softly kissed my lips.

She pulled away, and walked away. I stood there and watched her make her way down the hall. She turned the corner and was gone.
