It Started With a Summer Job

Chapter 1

Date: May 30th 2017- Last day of school.

*Emily's P.O.V*

Today was the last day of school and I could not wait to get it over with.

I'm currently driving too school with my little sister, Jordan, who is in 8th grade. I'm in the 11th grade.

We drive into the parking lot of the school and I park the car. I get out and so does Jordan and we grab our bags and then we walk into school.

As we are walking in the school, Jordan meets up with her friend, Destiny, and they go of to do there thing.

I go to my locker and I open it. I start to clean it out because since it's the last day, we won't be doing anything.

Right as I get done the bell rings and I go to my first class, which is math.

I walk in and I see my best friend, Izzy on her phone and sitting on her desk. I also see that there is a empty desk next to her so I go and sit in that seat.

I pull out my book and I start to read, waiting for our teacher, Mr. Claude, to come in.

"BASSY!"

I look up from my book and there's Izzy right in front of me.

"Hi."

"Are you excited to get out of this place?" She asked in a very excited tone.

"Yeah I guess."

"Do you have a job for this summer?"

"No."

"Why not? I'm going to work at DQ."

"That's fun."

"No for real though. You haven't had a job since you were the priest for Sawyer and I wedding."

"Don't worry I will find a job."

"Okay."

I was about to say something else till Mr. C-. Wait that isn't Mr. Claude, that's Mr. Michaelis our social teacher.

"Okay students. Mr. Claude is not here today so I'm the substitute. Also you guys have me all day and we are just going to clean and organize the room. So let's get started."

'Oh yay how fun' I thought.

*TIME SKIP TO LUNCH BROUGHT TO YOU BY CLAUDE AND SEBASTIAN FROM BLACK BUTLER*

It was now lunch time and I sitting at a table with my friends Izzy, Gracie, Ethan and Sawyer.

As everyone was having a conversation together, my eyes were looking around the lunch room. My eyes stopped when they landed on the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Abby.

'She's so beautiful. I could ju- WAIT A MINUTE WHY IS SHE WALKING OVER TO OUR TABLE?!?!?'

Abby came up right in front of me where Izzy and Sawyer are.

"Hey do you mind if I sit with you guys."

"Oh yeah sure. Sawyer, tell Ethan to scoot down then you need to scoot down."

Sawyer did as told to do and next thing I know that instead of Izzy sitting in front of me, ABBY WAS.

After a couple of minutes of everyone talking to each other and me staring at Abby, Abby brought up something that brought all of our attentions to her.
