So when the word "feminism" is said, most people think of man haters. And that's all that a feminist is. Right??? Wrong.
By definition, feminism stands for equality of men and women. Being a feminist takes courage, because not many people know what it truly is, and group it with the man hating group, called misandry. If you are going to consider yourself a feminist, you have to realise and remember that men and women are raped. Men can be depressed and suicidal. Women can be directors. Men can be cheerleaders and not be gay. That women are raped and so are men. You have to remember that feminism is about equality, not specifically women's rights. The picture in the top is explaining the name, i checked the info, so even though it's a tumblr post, it's right. I probably didn't answer ask of the questions, so if there are any, feel free to ask in the comments. I'll answer politely. Bye!
