I have decided on long and detailed chapters, updates will be slow and there will be less chapters but that means I don't have to rush everything into one 500 word chapter, I'll try 1000 maybe even 2000 words or even more if I'm motivated
But I'm also a fast writer when I'm in the zone, but I'm also a lazy ass
Thank you guys so much with the support, writing is my passion and I love it so much
Onto the story
---------------------------------------------Goth's crying soon turned into sobbing, hot salty tears streaming out his black, pupiless eye sockets and down his cheek bones. He didn't listen to Palette's plees and begs for him to stop crying because he couldn't. All of the stess, fear, pain, sadness, every negative emotion you could think of was getting to him and breaking his mind. He couldn't take it.
Palette wrapped his arms around his sobbing senpia and brought him into a tight and warm embrace. If Goth wasn't so scared of Palette and what he should do he would hug back. Plus, he couldn't, he felt as if all if his bones and magic were made if gelatin. Moving at all was out of the question and even not collapsing was a challenge. Goth was suprised he was still conscious and no one could hear the two from his sobs, hics, weeps, and even acaional screams.
But Goth didn't know they were so far out from anything living. The nearest home was atleast a good mile or two away and it doesn't matter how good your hearing is, your not hearing sobs from two miles away.
Soon Goth had no more tears to fall and felt like he was going to lose his stomach. Palette hugged him tighter for a few seconds then let go and gave Goth a small peck like kiss on his tear stained cheek bone. Goth's face had slightly dust and dried blood on it from his skull being burries into Palette's chest and shoulder. Goth hated the feeling if his old friend's remains on his face but he didn't have the strength to wipe the dust and blood away, yet alone speak. Yet, he didn't know it was Cray's remains.
"Is there anything I can do for you senpia?" Palette asked is a calm and soothing voice. Goth's mind was dizzy, stirred and just everywhere. He just couldn't think straight. "Catty got your tounge?" Palette asked with a small chuckle. (Yes, Catty was intentional) Goth just gathered up the strength to wipe away the still visible tears and remains of the one Palette killed.
"I'll let you rest here, I'm gonna clean up and cook up something to eat. We can talk later." Palette said in a soft voice. He kissed Goth's forehead before standing up and leaving the room, locking the door. Goth got up weakly. He was to tired and weak from fear to think properly. The idea if escape didn't cross him mind and he lied down on the dusty bed, sneezing once again before drifting off into a dreamless sleep.
When Goth woke up from his sleep, the sun was shining through a small window in the room. Goth sat up, he felt stronger but still weak. He wondered if his voice worked. But he decided to save it. This was the first time Goth was able to see the room he was in.
It had the small bed he was on, a full length mirror, a desk with three books on it, a black chair and a dresser for clothes. He slipped off the bed and looked out the window. The sun was in the middle if the sky, about noon. He tried to open the window. Locked. He sighed. It looked like the room was on the top and third floor. His bones would surely break. One, that's atleast a thirty feet drop, and two, Goth doesn't get the same amount of calcium in his bones as other skeletons do, so his bones are weaker and more likely to break or crack.
Goth sighed in defeat and walked towards the desk. He picked up the three books on it and gasped a small but still audible gasps in delight. "The Outsiders! The Hunger Games! And The Maze Runner! I've always wanted to read these books!" Goth said happily. Showing he did indeed have his voice.
(Those are actually my three favorite books, if you have not read then you should definitely check them out)
Goth smiled brightly. The three books he was holding were books he had always wanted to read but his parents ether didn't have a copy, he was reading something else, or the library didn't have the copy of the book. But Goth then frowned. Would he get a chance to read these books. He sighed but opened to the first page and say who the book belonged to.
This Book Belongs To Ink
Goth gasped again. This time in suprise. So, is that why Palette knew of this place. Because Ink knew of it, also when did Ink read books like these.
Goth was off in a world of thought and happiness of him conveniently finding the three books he wanted to read all in the same place. Plus, all of them belongs to Ink. He was so in tune with the books he didn't hear the door unlock and open.
"Oh, so your awake senpia." Goth jumped at the sudden voice. He wiped his head to see Palette. Palette's clothes where new and clean but he still had a smirk instead of a smile.
Goth froze and didn't speak, still holding the three books. "You hungry?" Palette asked, cocking his head to the side slightly. Goth shook his head no. He didn't feel hungry. But his stomach growled, saying other wise. Palette chuckled.
"Follow me." Palette said, motioning for Goth to follow him and walked out of the room. Goth gulped and was hesitate but followed anyways.
Palette walked down the hallway then down to flights of stairs. Goth stared at his feet, holding the books to his chest. The two were both silent. When they got to what Goth supposed was the first floor, Palette walked over to a small table with two bowls of soup and sat down. Palette looked at Goth waiting. Goth sat down as well.
"Ok, so, I'm going to lay down a few things just so you know. The nearest house is two miles away in one direction. Get that direction wrong and you'll be walking or running for days before finding the slightest bit of humanity. Second is this house is yours as well as mine. Except anywhere outside besides the fenced backyard. The first floor, the one we are is were the living room, kitchen and dining table is. The second is the main bathroom and main bedrooms. The third is the computer room and another bathroom and bedroom. The basement is were you will go if I leave the house at anytime. There is a tv, couch, and pool table down there. Third, finally, if you want something, just ask, if I want something from you, I will get it." Palette said looking straight at Goth.
Goth just simply nodded looking down, a faint blush on his cheeks, holding the books to his chest. "Any questions?" Palette asked. Goth shook his head, wanting to get out of there as fast as he could. Though he had many questions but was to scared to ask this man. It wasn't Palette. The Palette he knew wasn't this. But he knew deep down that this was his Palette that he just never meet.
