The storm before a rainbow

We made it to his bus. As we ran in through the bus door I tripped on one of the steps and crashed to the ground, causing him the trip on my shoe and fall down beside me. We just laughed hysterically as we lay there on the floor. Suddenly it went quiet as I kept my focus on the roof. Andy came into my vision; he locked eyes with me and smiled. I smiled back as his hand came down to me. I grabbed it and he pulled me up to my feet. 

"Thank you" I said. 

"You're welcome Scar" he replied, 

I felt my heart flutter in my chest. All I could do was smile. 

"I don't think it's a good idea if you leave tonight, that storm is pretty extreme" he stated, 

"so you can crash here for the night if you like?" he continued. 

"Sure" I replied and chuckled nervously.

point of view changes back to Andy's

I thought quickly and before I realized what was coming out of my mouth it was to late. 

"You can crash here for the night if you like?"

 "What have I done?" I thought 

But before I could say anything else to redeem myself she agreed. Wow she actually agreed to stay here. I couldn't believe my luck. 

"Cool I will sleep on the couch then and you can take the bed" I said,

she just smiled and said "thank you".

I stirred in my sleep and opened one eye but immediately shut it again. The light was blinding, I finally managed to open both my eyes and the sunlight pierced into them. I suddenly remembered what had happened the night before. I quickly jumped up off of the couch and ran to the bedroom door. I knocked lightly on the door, but as I did the door swung open. I entered but I found no one there. I just stood there staring at the empty bed that was before me.

Until john came up behind me and said

"she left earlier this morning Andy"

"she said thank you and told me to say good morning"

I was angry and upset. In that moment I felt my heart had been ripped out of my chest, I just laid my head in my hands as John placed his hand on my shoulder with care. I lifted my head to reveal my glassy tear filled eyes, something suddenly caught my attention and little piece of paper carefully placed on the pillow.

I pick the paper up and unfolded it. It was a letter it read;

Dear Andy, I'm so sorry I left you; I just couldn't face you again. You do know me, well use to back when you were 13; we lived next to each other. You were my best friend for years. Then you became famous shortly after we fell apart. I have missed you like you would not believe. I came back to see your show and I wanted to hug you and tell you that I missed you but when you didn't remember me I broke down. I thought what's the point? Like I said I'm so sorry for leaving, when you read this it means I have already gone. I will see you again I promise, but for now know that I miss you and I'm okay.

PS. I will contact you shortly. We will see each other again I promise with all my heart.

A single tear fell down my cheek as I read,

"love Scar", 

I sobbed silently as john entered the room. 

"Hey Andy, we will find her I promise" John said with a reassuring smile plastered on his face.

From that day down to the slight second I read the end of the letter I vowed to find her again. No matter how long it takes. I spent every show searching for her and I knew I would find her. 

**i dont know if this will be the only book i write but i would def like to continue on my story, thank you for reading.
