Cassidy and Fred-A Fred Weasley Love Story ~Book 2~

Chapter 6

The weekend came by and we all were going to Hogsmeade. Except one person won't be with us for the day. Cassidy told us all about she was going on a date with James and all that. I was totally against this except for everybody else.

After we ate breakfast we went back to the common room to wait for Cassidy.

(Cassidy's P.O.V.)

I applied my mascara then put my hair in a ponytail. I jogged down the stairs then almost ran into George. "George. what are you doing in front of the girls' dorm?"

"We were waiting for you."

"So what do you guys think?" I asked.

"Oh my god you look so gorgeous!" Sophie said moving George away from me and taking his spot. I rolled my eyes at my best friend. Your probably wondering what she's doing in the Gryffindor common room. Well, Dumbledore moved her to Gryffindor because she's brave and loyal. I personally thought she was girlie. I have to admit sometimes I could be girly also. Your also probably thinking what I'm doing going on a date with James and not Fred. I'm not sure if Fred likes me back so I guess we will just stay as friends. But you never know so I won't date him.

"Thankyou very much, Sophie." We went to breakfast aftewards with linked arms. Sophie and I unlinked our arms with Fred and George and sat down opposite of them talking about girl stuff. "So who do you like more? Fred or James." Sophie asked me putting eggs in her mouth.

"I guess Fred since I knew him longer. Even if this date goes well I'm not gonna date James."

"And why not?" I shrugged my shoulders. "Maybe, because I like Fred more?"

"I guess your right." After breakfast I started walking to Hogsmeade thinking about who I like more until Fred brought me out of my thoughts. "What is a pretty girl doing out here all by herself."

"You think I'm pretty?" I asked raising my eyebrows at him. I saw him blush slightly for just one second. "Anyway" I continued. "Where's everybody else?" We were now in Hogsmeade walking to the Three Broomsticks.

"They are behind me." I looked behind but didn't see anybody.

"Fred, no ones there."

"What?" He whipped his head around then sighed. "At least they were there."

"It's okay, Freddie." I said patting his back. We then started laughing. Before we knew it we were at The Three Broomsticks. I looked at my wrist watch and saw that it was 11:58. "Gotta go. Wish me luck Fred." I said and hugged him. I saw him frown a little when I turned my head around and walked in Fred behind me. My first date ever and I'm pretty nervous so here goes nothing.

(Back to Fred's P.O.V)

I went and sat down at a empty table waiting for my other friends and sometimes glancing at Cassy easily since I had a great view.. After what seemed to be five minutes they came. "Thanks for leaving me." I said sarcastically.

"Dude, we know that you wanted to be alone with her."

"Fred, move." Sophie said. I scooted over and she sat  where I was and watched Cassy also.

"So anyway, twin, how come you just let her go?" I turned my head at my brother confused.

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm talking about how you just let Cassy go. You had your chance bro, but you let it slip away."

"I was going to ask her out."

"You said that two years ago. Then last year. And this year. By then she's already going to have a boyfriend.''

"I know, mate. Trust me I know." I sighed as I saw Cassy laugh at one of James joke. I can't stand this anymore. I got up and went to Zonkos. She always laughs at my jokes.
