Millie's pov
"Millie finally what took you so long!?" Sadie said right when I entered the locker rooms. "Yeah um sorry I ran into a guy." Sadie looked shocked and then gave me a smirk.

"Oh I see was he cute?" Sadie said. "Yeah but the thing is that I found out he's Finn." I said disappointed. "Finn who?" Sadie asked confused.

"Ugh Sadie sometimes your obliviousness blows my mind." (Haha ya see what I did there 😉) I said. "Finn the one who dated Kendall." I said rolling my eyes at her obliviousness. "Oh him! Omg how is he?"

"He seems nice but what he did to Kendall that's not right. And I've gotta be honest Kendall doesn't have bad taste in guys." I said. "We'll talk about it later but right now we have to go." She said pulling me to where the rest of the girls were.

"Hey Kendall how are you holding up?" I asked. "I'm a little bit better but what if I see him out there? What if I have a breakdown in the middle of the performance?" "Kendall your gonna be fine. Just concentrate on someone that you know in the crowd." I said calming her down.

"Okay let's go!" She said a bit better. And we ran off to the gym.

*flashback*
"Baby I'm sorry. You have to forgive me!" Romeo said begging. "I'll make it up to you I'll buy you anything you want." He said grabbing my hand. "Buy me anything!? What the hell Romeo I wanted to celebrate our four year anniversary. But you blew me off!" I said screaming. "Millie I'm so sorry please forgive me my love. Something came up and I wish I could tell you but it's a private family problem." I couldn't be mad at that but this certainly wasn't the first time. But it will be the last. "In fact I have tickets to see the new 'It' movie that you wanted to watch." He said smiling. He got up from his knee and gave me a soft kiss. I melted into it even though it was soft. I couldn't be mad at him. I loved him and he loves me. "Okay but if this happens again-" I was interrupted by a kiss. "It won't" he said with a grin on his face.
*end of flashback*

Finn's pov
The pep rally started and out ran the cheerleaders. And there I saw a familiar face. The girl I talked to five minutes ago. She was beautiful. My eyes were staring right at her until my eyes caught something else.

Another person I recognized. But this person wasn't just any person. Kendall my ex girlfriend.

I felt my heart drop. I never realized how much I missed her until I saw her. She looked happy. She never listened to me. She never believed me. I felt like something punched me in my chest. Kendall was my first love. And I don't think I can ever love again.

If only she listened to me that night. If only I never went to that party. She never listened. I was heart broken.

I can never forgive myself. All my old feelings came rushing back.

Time skip to lunch(still Finn's pov)

"Hey Finn ready for lunch?" Caleb said walking towards me. "Yeah I was on my way I just had to stop for my lunch" I said while grabbing my lunch from my locker.

We walked into the lunchroom and I followed Caleb to his table. "Hey guys" he said to a group of guys "hey" they all said back. "Guys meet Finn, Finn meet Gaten, Jack, Wyatt, and Jaeden. " he said pointing to each guy. "He's new here."

"Nice to meet ya Finn. We were just talking about the party Gaten is throwing. Would you like to come?"  Jack asked. "Sounds like fun but I don't do parties." I said taking a bite out of my sandwich.

"Oh come on Finn it will be fun." Gaten said before stuffing his face with chocolate pudding. "I know I've been to a party and let's just say shit went down and I promised myself that I won't go to parties again." I said.

"Come on Finn certain someone is gonna be there." Caleb said wiggling his eyebrows and signaling where Millie was sitting. "Nah I'm good. Will you excuse me I have to go to the bathroom" I said getting up and heading out of the cafeteria.
