An Angel

The Encounter

You were at a bar drinking beer trying to get over your recent breakup, for like the third time this month.

"Ugh I just hate men" you mumbled taking another sip of your beer. Then you saw from the corner of your eye, someone sit down next to you.

Getting a better look at the man you immediately took back what you just uttered. You locked eyes with his blue ones and You never thought someone's eyes could be so.......blue! Seriously! They were the bluest thing you've ever seen!! But not only were they blue, they were the most gorgeous shade of blue you had ever set eyes on. And the way his hair swooshed to the side in a kind of messy, yet adorable way. And his lips. Oh my god his-
   "You're making me uncomfortable."

"OH MY GOD! I- I- didn't realize I was-"

You heard the man sitting next to him (who was also unusually attractive) let out a soft chuckle, "Don't worry about it sweetheart, he's just not used to such a cute girl stare at him!" He winked.

You felt your cheeks heat up. You let out a nervous laugh, "T-thanks, but I'm seriously sorry for staring. I just got caught in my thoughts I guess" you cleared your throat and looked down at your drink.

"Don't worry bout it, anyway I'm Dean! And the man you were drooling over is Cas" he laughed, nudging Cas on the shoulder.

"Oh-um" he cleared his throat. "Yes hello"

You giggled at his awkwardness
"I'm Y/N" you shook his hand, locking eyes with him again. He was so freaking beautiful you didn't want to let go of his hand. And it seemed as if he didn't want to either, but that was probably just your imagination.

"Alright!" Said Dean as he slapped money on the table, "That's enough you two lovebirds!" He chucked while patting Cas' shoulder. "Well Y/N it was lovely meeting you but we gotta run!"

You saw him whisper and give something to Cas, then you saw them both look at you.
Feeling a little self conscious you looked the other way and flattened down your shirt.

Cas started to walk toward you and you felt your heart rate speed up mildly. Why were you feeling like this! You literally met the guy 2 seconds ago!!

"H-Here!" He blurted out placing a piece of paper in your hand,
"C-Call me sometime?" although it sounded more like a question with the way he barked it out. Then he attempted at winking at you and you couldn't help but laugh, you heard Dean let out a chuckle at his friends actions too. Looking down at the paper you realized he just gave you his number.

Dean waved goodbye and Cas gave you one last adorable smile before turning around to leave.

You definitely knew you were gonna see them again.
