(Ohm's POV)

They say that the past is in the past and that we should move on in order to see the future. But if that's the case, how can we move on when our past was the only thing we wanted for the future?

I stared at the picture that I held in my hand. It was a picture of Bryce, his blond hair slightly ruffled and a lazy look on his face. He was leaning against a counter, a mug of coffee in his hand and a small smile gracing his features. I remembered the moment I took that photo like it was yesterday. It was the morning after I had stayed with Bryce the first time to help him sleep, and I decided to take a picture because I wanted to remember him like that. I wanted to see the side of Bryce that many others didn't get to see. He stared at me with such love and happiness, that staring at it now caused my heart to ache that much more. I sighed, glancing at the date written on the photo. It was two years old. It had been two years since I had lost one of the most important people I had ever had in my life. A knock at the door startled me, causing me to almost drop the photo.

"Uh, come in," I coughed slightly, stuffing the photo away as the door opened.

"Oh, sorry Ohm. Did I interrupt something?" Luke asked as he walked into the room, seemingly sensing that I was doing something. I shook my head, directing my attention to him.

"No, you're fine. What can I do for you?" I asked.

"Well, I was coming to ask you something. Since it's a Saturday and nobody is scheduled to do anything today, the guys and I were wondering if we could go out for a little while. Maybe head back to the lake or explore some of the forest." He looked at me hopefully. I gave a small puff of air, unsure if I wanted to allow it. On one hand, the guys had been working very hard and definitely deserved a break, but at the same time, I was cautious. There were still plenty of dangerous things out in the woods, and I would never forgive myself if something happened. I looked up again and saw that Luke was making the puppy dog eyes at me. I sighed in defeat.

"Alright, you can go. But I swear, if anything, and I mean anything, even slightly off or suspicious happens, I want you back here immediately, got it?" Luke grew a wide grin, his eyes lighting up. He gave a mock salute.

"Sir yessir," he said and went to leave my room. He stopped and glanced back at me.

"Hey Ohm, are you sure you don't want to come with? You're always cooped up in here, and I'm sure the others would like to take time to just hang with you." I spared him slight smile but shook my head.

"Thanks for the offer, but I'm just gonna stay here. Just in case anyone shows up, or anything like that. You guys have fun, be safe, be back before dark." Luke chuckled.

"Yes mom," he said and walked out of the door. I just rolled my eyes and watched as he left. The guys really did deserve a break after everything that we were doing.

For the longest time after the battle, the others and I were...lost I suppose would be the best way to put it. Bryce, to all of us, was like a kind of light that lifted us all up. No matter what he did, he always had good intention behind his actions. At the time, I was too stupid to notice that. I blamed myself so heavily for what happened, and I still do, but it was much worse in the beginning. It was a very dark place, but then the guys decided that enough was enough and that we needed to move on. So together, we created a new group called the Banana Bus Squad, or BBS for short. Well, all of us except for Adam. Adam just seemed to disappear after the battle, but nobody really seemed to want to go and look for him. We created the group with the purpose of taking in those that didn't have another place to go and training them. Many people have come and gone, but we've helped anyone that we could. All of us played a part in training those that came through. The guys had been a major help and were working hard, so I let them go.

I still feared for them though. The forest became more dangerous over the two years that we had been there. More Metums, surviving members of the Millennium Assembly, and who knows what else. I trusted the guys, but I still wanted them to be safe.

I'm not sure how much time passed, but after a while I heard a knock on the door cut through the silence of the warehouse. I got up and approached the door, opening only slightly to see who was outside the door. Standing and looking around nervously was a tall man with dark brown hair styled to the side with a small bit of scruff. I had to look up to see him, as the man was fairly tall, and saw that he had brown eyes covered by a pair of black-rimmed glasses. I opened the door and stepped out, startling the man.

"Oh, uh, hello. I was wondering if maybe ye could help me?" the man spoke with a low tone and heavy accent, similar to Brian's. Must be Irish as well.

"What do you need help with? And why are you in the woods anyways?" I asked, keeping a polite tone to my voice. I wasn't sure who this person was yet.

"Well, my friend and I were taking a walk through the woods as we just moved here and were curious, but we got separated a while back and I've been looking for him when I came across this place." I nodded, opening the door and offering for him to come in.

"Well, I'm sure we could help you find your friend. My name is Ohm, by the way," I said as I closed the door behind us.

"My name is David, but most of my friends call me Nogla. What do ye mean by 'we'?" he asked.

"My friends and I all live here, but the others are currently out right now. I could ask them if they would keep an eye out for your friend while they're out there," I offered and watched as Nogla eagerly nodded.

"Yes, thank ye. That would be great," I nodded and picked up my phone, sending a text to Luke so that he knew.

"So, if ye don't mind me askin', why do ye guys live out ‘ere anyways?" he questioned, sitting down on one of the couches. I sat on the opposite side of him.

"Well," I said, we are part of a group called the BBS, and we take in people who don't have anywhere else to go and train them. We do it out here because of the space, and the warehouse, of course." Nogla nodded. We talked for a little while longer, just learning a few things about each other, when I heard my phone begin to go off. I picked it up and answered it, slightly surprised when I heard Luke.

"So, I've got good and bad news." He sounded almost out of breath, "The good news, I think we found the guy you were looking for. Bad news, he's not alone."

Hey guys

So yes! It has returned! I have finally published the sequel to DIT! I know, I have been just as excited to get this out, so at last, here we are.

I am going to say that for the first little while, updates are probably going to be a little sparse, as I am visiting family in a different country.

I also apologize if this chapter isn't too great, it is going to take me a little while to get back into this story and such so.

Anywho, I hoped you enjoyed and I will see you in the next chapter.
