Rwby: Yang and Ruby Volume 1

A Single Rose

The next morning a miracle happened Ruby was feeling and looking a lot better. A little sore but after 3 weeks in the hospital after the crash the little 8 year old was going to be okay. The doctor then called Taiyang right away to witness that his youngest daughter was alive and a new miracle that heaven has given to his family. The hospital then started a new foundation and they called it A New Rose dedication to Ruby, her family, and her children to come for generations. For Ruby everything was going to be just fine.

A week later Ruby was finally able to go home after 4 weeks of being in the hospital. Ruby mainly had to stay for another week because she had both a panic and an asthma attack which also led to her having a 101.8 degree fever. Ruby was happy about finally going home. Taiyang woke up early that morning to pick up Ruby from the hospital and Tai was even more happier than Ruby that she was finally coming home from the hospital. Yang was also excited about her sister coming home but also guilty after winding her up in the hospital in the first place.

Yang had been being eaten up by guilt since the crash. The 10 year old was so determined to find her mother that she put her little sister in danger. Taiyang tried to tell Yang that it wasn't her fault but Yang didn't believe him. Yang's baby sister got severely injured because of a motorcycle crash with Yang. Even though the truck driver was really to blame but Yang believed that the only one who needed to be blamed for the crash was her.

On this day Yang promised herself that she would never harm her little sister ever again as long as she lived. After Ruby came home from the hospital everyone ate lunch and then later that night was the cutest thing that Tai had ever seen. As Tai went into  Yang's bedroom to tell her that it was time for bed he saw that Yang was already asleep and she was all curled up in her bed with Ruby. Tai closed the door and then walked into his room and kneeled beside his bed. Every night since the crash he prayed that Ruby would survive and now he prays for giving his youngest daughter a miracle of surviving the crash and coming home safe and sound.

Taiyang: Dear Heavenly Father, while me and you 2 beautiful daughter sleep safely through the night due to your miracle over my youngest daughter all I ask is that you watch over us through the night. Send your blessings to me, Qrow Branwen, Yang Xiao Long, Ruby Rose, my late wife Summer Rose from heaven, and especially Yang's mother Raven wherever she is. Amen.
