4 months later.

I lunged foreword sword in hand at Calum. He smirked and blocked it easily. I growled and lunged for him again but he blocked it. I tried again to slash through his flesh or even touch his clothing but again he blocked me. I huffed slamming my sword in the deck out of breath. " Chloe are you serious I just fixed the other hole! " Grant groaned. I ignored him and looked at Calum who was smiling. " don't give up yet I haven't even began to try. " he teased and I rolled my eyes.
" come on pick up your sword Chloe. " he encouraged and I did.

" now where are you trying to hit me?? " He asked " I don't actually want to hurt you. " I groaned and he laughed " I know Chloe but for now think of me as your worst enemy. Somebody you just want to kill so badly. I know you can do it. " he encouraged and I thought for a second then shuttered. My parents killer came to mind. He was a hooded pirate. I didn't know who he was so I called him Sir Black. Harry thought it was Calum's brother but it wasn't. I know he's out there somewhere.

Hate boiled inside me and I gripped my sword. I lunged for Calum and began to duel him. We were actually getting somewhere thank god but it still wasn't great.
" wow Chloe nice. " I heard him say.
But hate began to grow bigger and stronger inside of me. Calums body was taken over by Sir Black completely feeling the need to try my absolute hardest to kill him. I continued to fight him feeling myself getting stronger with each miss.
" Chloe stop. " I heard a voice plead but I couldn't. The guy that had killed my parents was standing right in front of me.

Finally Sir Black lost balance but so did I. I pushed my blade forward and felt it go through something or someone. " Chloe!! " my vision began to come back and I saw Calum with a blood stained arm. I gasped and dropped my sword. The crew was watching me closely and in shock. A lot of them still didn't trust me being here so those had their swords out walking towards me. They were stopped by values glare but I couldn't help but still feel in danger.
" Chloe it's ok. " Calum cooed standing up but I stepped back. " what have I done?. " I asked myself. " nothing wrong, it's all right Chloe it was a accident " Calum repeated with urgency not his voice seeing my state of panic. He was defiantly scared that an ancient like what happened a couple months ago would occur again.
" Chloe it's alright don't freak out love. " Luke hushed coming up beside me. I jumped in fright. They kept saying it was ok but I knew it was not. Hurting a captain has great punishments, but hurting the guy you secretly love's punishments were even greater.
I bumped into someone and saw Michael looking down at me. I couldn't stand it. I had just messed everything up. I pushed past Michael and ran into the cabin. I ran to the bedroom and sunk deep under the covers. What was going on with me?? Oh yah, that's right. Something called love has worked its way inside me and it's messing with my head.
" Chloe?? " someone asked coming into the room. " please go away. " I whispered. " you and I both know I can't do that. " Luke soothed . Luke had become my best friend over the past 4 months which was something I hadn't expected.
" Luke don't you have something to do?? " I sighed pulling the cover over my head.
" nope. Now listen. It's ok. You hurting Calum doesn't change his feelings for you. You still have a chance so stop worrying your pretty little face. " Luke said tickling my sides. I laughed and kicked trying to make him stop but to no avail.
     Luke was the only one that knew about my feelings. I trust him very much and I needed someone like him during this situation.
" hey jerk come comfort her. " Luke said to Charlie who flattened his ears at Luke. They don't like each other, at all. Charlie growled at Luke and laid into my curled stomach. " Luke you can leave now. " Calums voice boomed and I cringed and hid back under the covers.
" Chloe you need to talk to him. " Luke whispered then left.
      " Chloe I am fine you know. " Calum sighed and I pulled the cover away and sat up to look at him. " Calum I cut you with my sword even after I told you I didn't want to hurt you. I just thought you were my parents killer his name was Sir Black and he just kinda took over your body so I thought he was you so I wanted to kill him. I tried to kill you after you said stop Chloe but I...." I was cut off. By what you may ask? Somebody's lips on mine.
Calum just kissed me. I shivered under his touch and melted completely. I kissed back and I felt him smile. His hands found my waist and he began to lean foreword onto me causing me to fall back on the bed. I smiled and continued to kiss him as I started to run my figures through his soft hair.
The kissing continued until there was a knock on the door. " captain we have a..woah. " Ashton's voice said. Calum growled and pulled something out of his pocket. A small knife to be exact. He threw it towards the door and Ashton quickly closed it laughing.
I laughed and began to kiss him again.
I didn't want this moment to end I wanted all of the anger and sadness out of here and life to feel like this. But sadly that won't ever happen.
" captain we are running low on supplies we need to dock at Salt Creek. " Ashton spoke quickly reopening the door. Calum sighed and we pulled apart.
" whose steering? " he asked still looking at me " Michael sir. " Ashton replied and Calum smiled. " ever steered a ship before?? " he asked and then he rolled off of me. He grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the bed like an excited child on Christmas.
" Calum what if I break something?! " I asked as we stepped out into the morning air.
" then Grant will fix it. " he said laughing.
I groaned and we climbed the small stair case to the driving section. Michael moved out of the way after smiling at me. Michael Luke Zac Ashton and Theo were all up here is there places. Michael sat at a small table in the corner holding a map after im sure he was informed to leave steering post. Luke sat on the side of the ship cleaning his gun. Zac was hand sharpening his sword also sitting on the ships railing. Ashton was looking through a spy glass. Theo was sketching something in a notebook on one of the steps on the stair case and Calum was steering. He smiled at me and pulled me into his side. Calum grabbed my hands and placed them on the wheel. I remembered a few things from when Harry attempted to teach me but I had failed that time.
" alright Michael which way to Salt Creek?? " Calum asked and Michael smiled.
" keep heading east. " he said pointing to the east and throwing Calum a silver cased compass. " alright be careful it has a bit of a kick. " Calum said placing his hands on top of mine. Calum showed me the compass and I looked at the point. We were going north we needed to be going east so I turned the ship to the right.
I pushed with all my might to get the wheel to turn but it was hard. " almost got it. " I muttered and finally the whole ship had turned to the east. The crew clapped and cheered and I smiled kissing my bicep. " psh that was easy. " I said wiping my hands together. Calum wrapped his arms around my waist. " I'm sure it was. " he teased kissing my cheek.
" FPC " Michael shouted and we looked at him confused. " God have you been living under the sea mates??. " Ashton asked laughing.
" favorite pirate couple duh " Michael chuckled And I rolled my eyes. " so have y'all had the love session yet???" Zac asked and I turned to them causing Calum's arms to quickly go to the wheel. " I don't see how that concerns you" I snapped and they all laughed it off.

I liked Calum a lot and I knew at sometime I would want to have sex with him but I was still a daughter in my family and wasn't granted permission. So I had to wait. Even if I was held captive I had to abide by my family's rule and of course the pirates law.
" LAND HO " Michael shouted. I looked up and saw a large patch of city. This must be Salt Creek. " everybody listen up. We will leave tomorrow morning. Evan and Zac head to the market. Theo and Luke head to the medical supply shop. Ashton and Grant head to the wood supply shop Everyone else get yourself what you need a new pair of clothes perhaps and a bar of soap, grab 10 pieces of gold that should get you what you need. Michael you're with me and Chloe. " Calum ordered in a loud deep voice. The whole crew smiled and shouted " aye aye captain. " I smiled at the crew. My crew didn't act anything like this one did. We were like best friends on the El Deist but I've noticed, on this one everyone is family. That was something I was proud to technically be apart of.
We finally docked the ship and everyone piled off disappearing into town. I had never been allowed onto the land to see actual people so you could say I was on edge.
" Chloe stay close alright there are some really bad people here. " Calum warned and Michael nodded in agreement. The streets were pretty much empty. People were hiding I could tell. Their hushed whispers could be heard along with their shuffling feet.
" is that why everyone went in groups with a skilled higher rank pirate?? " Calum nodded.
" everyone is skilled but some more then others. " His eyes didn't look at me once. His hand clutched mine and the other clutched his sword. There were a few men walking down the street and Michael began walking in front of me hiding my small form. This was one of those moments when I felt like a small child too innocent and scared of the world.
I felt something soft brush against my leg making me jump. I sighed with relief seeing Charlie in front of us looking just as alert as Calum and Michael. " so um where are we going?? " I asked and Michael spoke moving back to my side as the men turned. " to the pub we have some business to take care of. " he said and Calum glared at him. " she has the right to know. " Michael snapped and Calum rolled his eyes.
" Chloe when we get there I am gonna hand you off to a girl named Diana you and her are gonna get something to eat and then she's going to take care of you for awhile. " Calum said his voice stern and fatherlike. " but Cal..." I cried but he interrupted me. " no Chloe it's too dangerous in there with me if they know you are with me and that I love you they will do everything in their power to take you away. That prisoner situation will be the complete opposite then this one. They can't know you even exist. Promise me you will go with Diana and go far away from here. Promise me you will act like you don't even know me. " I hesitated and nodded " I promise. " I whispered.
I was scared. By what I have seen this place is horrible. And when they said take care of some business it scared me even more. They could get hurt or even die. Unfortunately I must do what I am told. I wouldn't win this fight.
