She speeded around the room, investigating photos and drawers. She looked behind her, her eyes caught a glimpse of a shiny object. She zoomed towards it, it was a glazed oak table sitting on the edge of the room. Her ageless eyes circled the table. She got the name plate on the table, to float in plain sight. She had little interest with the copper-toned engravings, or who the room belonged to. She snatched an object off the table. The object was a cream colored file, on it was stamped 'top secret' in cold-blood red.

She held up the file and started to read it when the words were surrounding her. She wiped them away with one flick of her wrist. She carefully placed the file back down. Brandy froze photographs, heading towards the window. She saw a woman with blonde hair and green eyes, in each photograph. It seemed to her like the woman was moving, and she was in it, standing beside her. But then it hits her. The woman in the photographs were his prey. She was her son's prey, like Rosalita was.

Everything pulled out was put back with a click of her fingers, newspaper articles, and photographs. The only thing that's left, was the woman's name. Her name was Deena Reynolds.

“Your not supposed to be here,” a man's voice said.

She could smell the person's blood, and bit her lower lip.

“Who are you?”

“I'm Brandy Tenor,” she said, turning around and leaning against the table. “Deena was a really good friend of mine.”

Brandy reached for the chair and pushed it more towards the wall nearest to the window. She moved her hair so that they won't prick her eyes. Her eyes were amber-toned, clearly nothing like Peter's dark-shaded spectacles that turns into maroon, once revealing himself to other blood suckers around him. She bit her lower lip again, grinding her teeth together beforehand.

“I'm sorry for your lost.”

She held herself together, faking a slight frown. “It's not that big of a lost,” she said, “but you'll never know... What kind of fish. You'll fish out of the pond.”

She proceeded to take a deep breath. Her eyes turned red like blood on the man's shirt, and her canines grew taller and sharper. She pushed the door closed with one vital movement.
