After six years and seven days Clarke was overjoyed to see that the others had finally come back down to Earth. She was going to see Bellamy again. She was excited for Madi to meet him too, especially because of all the stories that she had told her about him. The two of them ran as fast as possible to where the ship landed, which wasn't far from where they were camped out. They ran all the way until the ship was in sight and when they got there, the others were already out of the ship. Clarke froze once she saw him, she had imagined this moment a thousand times over but now it was actually happening. Her eyes filled with tears and eventually, his eyes met hers.
"Clarke?", he whispered, tears in his eyes as well. She nodded and smiled and then bolted into his arms. The hug was full of every emotion she had ever felt, she wrapped her arms around his neck and gripped him so tightly. She needed this. He let out a sigh of relief and his arms tightened around her body.
"I thought you were dead", Bellamy said through tears. "How are you alive?", he says quickly, still shocked from her presence.
"Nightblood", Clarke whispered, still glad to be back in Bellamy's arms. She nestled her head into his shoulder and cried. "I've missed you so much. So much, Bellamy", she cried. He pulled away slightly but only enough to meet her eyes.
"I've missed you too Princess. So much", he replied. They held each other for a little while and by now everyone had gathered around. Clarke greeted everyone with hugs and tears and she was thrilled to see that Harper and Monty had a baby. She then realised that she needed to introduce Madi. She called for her to come over and join them, and Madi cautiously ran over and stood by Clarkes side.
"Madi, this is Bellamy", Clarke started.
"Your boyfriend", Madi interrupted, making Clarke embarrassed.
"Boyfriend?", Bellamy questioned. "You told her I was your boyfriend?", he walked towards Madi and knelt in front of her.
"Well not exactly, but it sounded like it", Madi told him. Clarke and Bellamy smiled at each other before Bellamy walked over to Clarke.
"After all this time, I still love you", he said as he took her hand in his. His touch was enough to make her shiver, it was everything she remembered. A tear rolled down her cheek as she smiled at his words.
"I love you too", she said. "Did you get any of my calls, I radioed every single day?" she continued. Bellamy grew a sad look on his face.
"You called everyday? No nothing came through, we thought you were dead", he told her.
"Well it's in the past now, I'm just so happy you're back, we've got a lot to talk about", Clarke told him. And then the two of them walked hand in hand as Clarke and Madi led the others to the rover where they were camped out. Dreaming of the moments that were soon to come.
