~REBECCA'S POV~
Some security decoding and lock picking later, we were out. Ugh, I loved the outdoors; it was great especially being cooped up in that place. Yeah my job was fun but it wasn't my dream. I wanted to be a lawyer but people don't become lawyers when they don't continue their second degree at University do they? No Rebecca they bloody well don't!

The air was fresh, unlike the pungent scent of the hallways; the ones that seemed so familiar but at the same time so new. The skies were clouded with a shade of dusty blue. The streets weren't busy so it left some room for both me and her. Streetlights shone above us both, showing off her hollowed, sharp cheekbones that gave life back into her beautiful, rounded face. Our fingers interlocked  as we walked down the empty pavement; I loved how we looked like a couple. All the shops were closed which left some  time to window shop.

The pub was still open so we popped in and bought us a half a pint of lemon and water, a pint of lager was tempting but it would mess with her antidepressants and sleeping pills and methodone which i don't take routinely like I should. We sat outside and sipped our drinks whilst chatting over a slice of cake which we shared. "So," I said, "where do you want to go?"
"I don't really know anywhere here, let's just walk and see where we end up." I smiled and continued to drink.

Once we'd finished I said I'd be back and took our empty drinks to the bar. I snuck out the back to a jewelers, the jewelers that I used for B's ring. It wasn't far down the road, only a couple hundred yards. I'd already reserved a ring; almost identical to B's. I'd been saving up for ages- I knew I was ready for this.

I returned and she was still sat in the same wicker chair that I left her in. "Can I take you somewhere." I asked.
"Yes, yes please."
"Well it's a place I've been wanting and kinda needing to go and I've had loads of opportunities um I just havent wantedtogoalone- ifyouknowwhatImean." I couldn't get my words out as they all seemed to fall out of my mouth in a jumble.
"Yes yes yes of course." She smiled and grabbed hold of my hand tightly. I knew it was the right time to go there; to go to the place where my girlfriend took her own life.
